Earthwork in excavation for de-silting of rivers, nallah, ponds etc, by mechanical means in all types of strata comprising any of the material such as soil, sand, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomerrates, laterite rock, soft rock, ordinary rock, disintegrated rock, fissured / shattered, decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted, inclusive of chiselling, wedging, etc. but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, fould conditions etc. including setting out construction of shoring and strutting removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides of bottom, providing barricading, danger lighting, guarding etc. backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposal of excavated stuff in specified areas with 50m lead and lifts etc. and as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc. all complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 40 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: All works upto plinth level.

Providing and laying in design & pattern factory made PVC RUBBER MOULDED Interlocking Cement Concrete paver blocks of M35/M40 strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using Rubber mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with river/manufactured sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. complete as per manufacturer’s specifications & direction of Engineer. 80 mm thick -coloured other than Grey (M40 grade)

Providing and fixing in position S.S. hand rail in main stair case, and landing as per approved design shown in the drawing including bending handrail pipe to proper shape in curves with specials, etc. complete.

Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of pole mounted and automatically operated solar panel powered lighting with LED lamps of 30 watt fixed at a height of 3.0 mts above ground level fixed with nut and bolt embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 coarse aggregate) etc complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and placing FRP patti three seater benches with cast iron legs complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour and shade, area of slab over 0.50 sqm Jet black

Supply and fixing of Fiber Glass reinforced (FRP) Needle along with FRP coated M.S. Frame, Needle shall be made out of standard quality FRP composite materials. Smooth surface shall be provided from both the sides of the needles, toung and box type groove shall be provided to the needles for interlocking in to each other. Box type groove protect the edge of the needle. Rubber seal of size 15mm x 4mm thk. shall be fixed in to the groove for water tight performance. Handles shall be provided at two locations for lifting and lowering of the needle in to the Frame. FRP Needles shall be tailor section as per size required at site for closing the Bandhara. For thickness of needles 115 mm + 3mm (Hollow type) at center and 65mm + 3mm at ends for water depth 2.00mts to 4.00 mts from top and width not more than 2.00 mts in clear span.

Providing and fixing colour coated galvulium roofing sheets of 0.5mm thickness including all the accessories (TATA make) but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, flashings etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Add for providing & fixing Flashings -[Corners, Ridges, valleys, gable end & Trims] (Girth upto 610mm) including all the accessories complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.
