Part 1: Renewal B.T. Road from MN road Kasampatti to Pattanampatti road km 0/0-5/20 inNatham Block Of Dindigul District Estimate amount : Rs.76.76 Lakhs

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank within initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS .20.A

Providing and Laying Gravel to a compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction

Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 50mm using 45mm IRC size HBG metal with 44 Kg of Bitumen-for 1cum of metal mixed in hot mix plant laying at site

Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 25mm using 13.20mm IRC size HBG metal with 44 Kg of Bitumen-for 1cum of metal mixed in hot mix plant laying at site

Applying tack coat over BT surface (not treated with primer) using 3 Kg of bituminous emulsion per 10 Sqm. including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost of which will be recovered at the rates as per special conditions appended herewith including conveyance of bituminous emulsion to actual work spot handling charges including labour charges for brushing, cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and labour and machinery charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous emulsion including hire, fuel and running charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights, flags etc., complete as per standard specification.

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25, 30/40 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under PMGSY including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRCSP- 20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost
