Structural Steel work welded in built up sections/framed and trusses work incld. cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying coat of approved steel primer (two or more coats), using structural steel as required in grating frames, guard bars ,ladders, railing, brackets, gates and similar work.(as per approved design) incld. all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

Providing corrugated G.I. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including cost of approved white paint in two coats, complete. 0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/sqm.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall, width plain G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete, 0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/sqm.

12 mm thick cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick/concrete wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of scaffolding complete and carriage of material.

Providing and applying of 1 mm white cement based putty on walls of approved quality including cost of scaffolding and material complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on new work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer.

Providing and laying of furnishing/matting of superior quality including 12 mm thick thermocol of good quality and including all necessary adhesives, cutting, fixing, labour to complete in all respects as approved by EIC.
