Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or PCC blocks or stone wall or concrete surface etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick readymade plaster on inner/outer walls by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material for thickness above 15mm it is recommended to be applied in multiple layers. ready mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972, IS 2250-1965, IS 2402-1963 and confirms the compressive strength @ 28 days 10-12 Mpa/Bulk density 1500-1600 Kg/m3. (Note : The rate quoted by contractor shall include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction and scaffolding upto 20 Mtr ht all as specified and directed)

M&L rendering 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on ceiling surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered srufaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete.

M&L for preparation of new plastered srufaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash complete.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling including cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.The contractor shall make necessary arrangement of scaffolding and ensure safety of Labours.

M&L Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls incl washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on old decorated surfaces on walls incl filling of nail holes by cementious wall care putty all as specified and as directed. The contractor shall make necessary arrangement of scaffolding and ensure safety of Labours.

M&L Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls incl washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on old decorated surfaces on walls incl filling of nail holes by cementious wall care putty all as specified and as directed. M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces & applying a layer of Birla putty 3mm thickness on wall surfaces including cornics etc for proper levelling of plaster and two coat of oil emulision distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls incl cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of colours wash complete all as specified and directed.The contractor shall make necessary arrangement of scaffolding and ensure safety of Labours.
