Complete rewinding of stator coils of 3-phase motor by providing and fitting of finished new elecrolytic grade copper windings with insulation in place of damaged windings inculding allied costs such as varnishing and labour, drying etc per Kg of winding approximately

Providing and fitting of copper connection leads out of single core PVC insulated copper wire of suitable amperage (06 leads) including their brazing.

Assembling of all motormotor and re installation at site after carrying out necessary repairs using tools and tackles and testing on full load.

providing and fitting of bearing no DE N314 of reputed make

providing and fitting of bearing no NDE 6311 of reputed make.

Providing and fitting of Bakelite connection/terminal plate of suitable thickness with drilled holes to motor at site for housing star and delta connections.

Replacement, providing and fitting of suitable PVC cooling fan with allied accessories to motor. The job includes charges on account of labour and all tools and tackles required for successful extraction of old fan and installtion of new one including testing of same.

Credit the value of scrap copper as 80% weight of copper at S.no. 03
