Providing of tented accommodation and refreshment to Field /supervisory Staff at Transit Camp Manigam Haripora for Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra -21

Providing tented accomodation to Supervisory/Field Staff with complete bedding arrangement viz mattresses, warm blankets, pillow with covers, bed sheets, bed covers and furnishing as per requirement. The tent should have sufficient capacity to accommodate 4-6 persons with beds. The job includes replacement of bed sheets, bed covers, pillow covers atleast twice in a week to maintain cleaness & Hygiene, including lighting arrangements for 50 days (4 days each before and after commencement and completion of yatra (TO BE PAID AS PER ACTUAL) :-

Proviiding refreshment to Supervisory/Field Staff during Yatra period for a period of 54 days, four days befor commencement of Yatra and four days after completion of yatra. The refreshment should be neat, clean and hygiene with the following menu (TO BE PAID AS PER ACTUAL IN RESPECT OF PERSON'S/ DAYS) Morning : Breakfast-Bread/Butter/2 No. eggs Local bread with tea Evening : Lipton Tea with bread Lunch/Dinner : 2 days Non Veg. & 5 days Veg. 6 persons per day for 50 days.

Carriage of 4'-0"x8'-0" size ply board beds (03 No.) from divisional stores at Ganderbal upto Transit camp Manigam- Haripora which includes setting of the same in tents complete by mechanical transport for an avg lead of 12 kms and back to divisional store after completion of yatra.
