OD328620/2023-2024:Supply, conveyance installation, testing and commissioning of 82.50 KVA Diesel Generator set, 3 phase, 415V, 50Hz, 0.80 pf, liquid cooled Ley power RTU Diesel Generator for producing electricity including standard control panel and AMF Panel with integral acoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms and as per technical details given below including loading ,unloading and transporting etc. Make & type of Engine- 6 cylinder ASHOK LEYLAND diesel engine model AL4CTIDG3 developing 104.56 BHP at 1500 rpm under NTP condition or equivalent make Cater Pillar/ Greaves / Kirloskar / Cummins / Perkins , Make of Alternator - Ashok Leyland Ley power Alternator ( Leroy Somer ) / Kirloskar / Crompton ,System of voltage - 3 Phase,415 V, 50 Hz ,4 wire system ,standard control panel and AMF Panel including 4 pole MCCB as per standards with all standard accessories such as Ammeter, Volt meter, Frequency Meter, Energy Meter and suitable earth fault relay etc. Suitable size built in type integrated Fuel tank with connection shall be done as per standards. Suitable capacity fully charged battery with leads and terminals of appropriate AH capacity as per manufactures requirements with trickle charging charger and connections.

OD326858/2023-2024:Supply, conveying & fixing 100 mm dia ISI marked Tata/ Jindal /equivalent make MS pipe having sheet thickness 6.35 mm and cutting in to required length, facing the cutting edges and supply and providing MS flanges having 12 mm thickness and minimum 75 mm depth , including conveyance and labor charges for loading, unloading, fixing on alignment for extending the exhaust pipe of Diesel Generator set using suitable packing etc. painting with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primmer etc. complete.

14.1:Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

14.10:Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1 :2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc. including form work etc. as required (excluding reinforcement).

14.9:Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1 :3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc. including form work etc. as required.

14.11:Providing brick work (in width 225 mm or more) with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) at all levels.

14.12:Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4(1 cement: 4 fine sand) at all levels
