Material & labour for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scraping down smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks by applying white cement base putty in patches as required and applying one coat of white lime wash to walls including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & labour for removel of old existing treatment from surfaces of walls , rub the wall surfaces with wire brush or grinder and finally with fine sand paper, and applying two coats of white cement base wall care putty on walls finished the surfaces even and smooth with fine sand paper , and applying one coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of cement primer including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & labour for removel of old existing treatment from surfaces of walls , rub the wall surfaces with wire brush or grinder and finally with fine sand paper, and applying two coats of white cement base wall care putty on walls finished the surfaces even and smooth with fine sand paper , and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper, over one coat of cement primer including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & labour for complete removel of old existing tretment from surfaces of Walls, Ceiling, Chajjas, rub the wall surfaces with wire brush or grinder, repair stopping nails marks by applying white cement base putty in patches as required and finally prepare the surfaces with sand paper, and applying one coat of cement base paint (White or tinted) on surfaces of Walls, Ceiling, Chajjas including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note :- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height.

Material & labour for preparation of old steel surfaces any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality (white or tinted), including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood/wood based materials exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality (white or tinted) including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & labour for rewriting letter or figures (Block/ Reman/ Indian/ Italian) height nexc 30 cm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply & fixing Number plate of building made out of 2mm thick fibre sheet of Size 400mm x 150mm of blue colour, with & including writing of building number with white colour, and fixed to walls with screws of required size with PVC rawl plug complete all as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge .
