Dismantling and extraction of suction system which includes suction pipe (M.S. of dia 200mm) flanged, foot valve of 200mm dia, bends etc. from water body/sump of both pumping units completely. Shifting to private workshop by way of loading of both the foot valves of 200mm dia in a private vehicle for necessary repairs and replacement, repairing and replacement of vital parts of foot valve viz M.S. hinged flape, strainer and repairing of flanges by required welding. The job includes providing and fitting of rubber gasket for foot valves and providing and fitting of nut bolts of 05 Kgs, shifting back to site in a private vehicle, installation, testing on no and full load.

Disconnecting of 60 HP manually operated handle type star delta starter from circuit after disconnecting the power supply, disassembling of starter and removing of old damaged copper contact points, providing and fitting of new copper contact points both moving and stationary upper and lower complete. Also includes providing and fitting of trip coil as per requirement. The job also includes providing and filling of fresh T. oil of 3 liters connecting with circuit testing on no and full load successfully.

Repairing, Addition, Alteration, Modification of delivery main (of dia 200mm M.S. pipe) by way of dismantling of delivery main which includes bends, flanged 200mm dia pipe, tail pieces and control valves from delivery main completely. Modification/Alteration of existing bends by way of cutting and welding and other required mechanical operations. Providing and fitting of two No’s of flanges of 200mm dia to bends, Providing and fitting of tail pieces of M.S. 200mm dia pipe of length 5 feet flanged both ends, modification/alteration of pipes by way of cutting, welding, repairing to flanges of pipes by required welding, then realignment, laying, connecting end to end, fitting testing. The job also includes providing and fitting of 200mm dia gaskets and nut bolts of 10 kgs.
