Taking down chowkhat or frame n. exc 1.5 Sqm each but with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame exc. 1.5 Sqm but n. exc 4 Sqm each but with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutter of any description but exceeding 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pressed steel frames of size 125x60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, tarring back of chowkhats & holdfast etc, complete all as specifed and as directed.

S & F Box type steel windows comprised of tubular frame and shutters made out of 1.25mm thick MS steel tube factory made with double side shutters wire gauged shutter & glass glazed shutter (wire and glass panes shall be measured and paid separately ) with side hung shutters with steel handle and steel peg stay dovetailed ot welded incl 2 Nos tower bolts 150mm long for each leaf and 10 mm square bar grills at spacing as shown on drg welded to flat iron 40x 5m mm frame work , including other fittings ,hinges ,handles tarred hold fasts PCC blocks etc. all as shown on drg No CEPZ /TD-354/09 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 complete all as specifed and as directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete type C-0 (1:3:6) (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in pressed steel door frame (backfil), complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete type C-1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in hold fast, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Double shutter for 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory maid plain, framed paneled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm venered partical board with commercial veneering on both side faces. The size of rail and stile as per ISI 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated (factory made shutter) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 30mm thick flush shutter, solid core construction, with block board core plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, chemically treated against termite infestation, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 35mm thick 1st class HW glazed and skelton shutter, wire mesh, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sach bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/gauge, etc size of shutters including wire mesh as specified in SSR-I, complete all as specified and as directed.
