Demolition of floor hearth or wall tilling tiles including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposing the rubbish off the premises as directed

M&L for light shade double charge Vitrified tiles 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no. 2 above but as in vertical surface over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation by complete removal of existing surface finishes from internal wall and applying 2mm thick wall care putty and two coat of acrylic interior emulsion (Asian Royale or equivalent)over a coat of acrylic primer complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down existing door with shutters (Wooden /Aluminium) re-fixing in the same location after necessary height reduction as per site requirement. Note:- The quoted rate shall inclusive of cost of builders hardware if any required.

Taking down chow Kats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of boarding of any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18mm thick Marine plywood modular kitchen cabinets, inside depth not less than 0.50m , water proof, termite & Borer proof, corrosion free with melamine polished shutter and auto closer counter sunk hinges, stainless steel handles complete all as directed . Note :- (i) Only front facing area of cabinet will be measured for payment. (ii) Stainless steel baskets mentioned as supply only under Sl. item No. 11 here-in-after shall be fixed under this item as the unit rate quoted against this item is inclusive of this fixing provision) all as specified and as directed.

Supply only a set of stainless steel baskets with fittings as in modular kitchen cabinet as per following details :- (i) Plate basket 21"x19"x8" - 01 No (ii) Plane basket 21"x19"x8" - 01 No. (iii) Plane basket 17"x19"x8" - 01 No. (iv) Cutlery basket 17"x19"x4" - 01 No. (v) Cup & Saucer basket 17"x19"x4" - 01 No. (vi) Single pull out 8" - 01 No. (vii) GT- PT & Drip tray 22" - 01 No. (viii) Telescopic channels of appropriate size. Make : First quality of Sleek/ Ebco/ Dolin) all as specified and as directed..

S&F Stainless steel plate rack of minimum size 970 x 770 x 230mm of standard quality fixed to wall with screw / nails complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.
