8. The Offer received without payment of EMD and Tender fees is likely to be

rejected without assigning any reason thereof.

9. Any type of Equipment’s, or Labour will not be supplied or fulfil by P.G.V.C.L.

10. Shall be executed in accordance with the general and detailed specifications

applicable for this work and also in accordance with the specifications laid down in

PWD handbook, volume 1&2 and as per Company’s specifications. The opinion of

the engineer in charge as which of them is applicable shall be inlay and binding on the

order value of receipt of order before execution of work the same will be refunded on

completion of work as per order in time on issue of “No objection certificate” from

the concern engineer.

TENDER COPY CONDITIONS

12. The Earnest Money Deposit as indicated in the face sheet “TENDER FORM”

must be paid by the tender in cash or by RTGS/NEFT on any Scheduled Bank of in

favour of Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited. If the order is not executed EMD /

SD will be for-fitted and actions will be taken as per company’s rules.

13. The payments of work as per order and in time will be made on duly record claim

by engineer-in-charge through A/C Payee RTGS only after receipt of advance stamp

receipt from supplier.

14. In case of any ambiguity discrepancy of dispute the decision of Ex. Eng City

Division Bhavnagar. Will be final and shall be binding to the Tender.

15. None conditional tenders will be accepted and no correspondence will be

entertained after due date.

16. P.G.V.C.L. will not responsible for any type of electrical, non-electrical accident

during work. Contractor will be responsible for any type of electrical non-electrical

accident during work.
