Supply of 80 HP submersible centrifugal pumps set with Agitator Assembly, duck foot bend, guide pipe & chain having capacity 4000-4500 LPM/55M head, solid handling size: 70-76mm. (MOC-CI Casing,CF-8M Impeller,SS-410 Shaft.)

Supply of Star Delta panel suitable for 80 HP pump-motor (Panel suitable for SCADA system). Supply of water level switch controller, Piezometer (piezoelectric hydrostatic) monitoring system (max.& Min.) with auto stop & start NO/NC switches with suitable cable.

Supply of 220 Mtr flat/round unrmoured Copper Cable suitable for above 80 HP motor with a wall mounted water proof cable connector .

Supply of GI cable tray (250mm wide, 3mm thick) & support structure- Mount Base Plate for double channel ( M12x100mm anchor fasteners, nuts, bolts & spring washers)

Supply of single core copper cable of size 70 mm² of length 100 Mtrs with 70mm² copper lugs (10 nos)

Supply of single core copper cable of size 35 mm² of length 35 Mtrs with 35 mm² copper lugs (04 nos)

Supply of Control and Instrumentation copper cable of size 1.5 mm², 10 core, 100 Meters. (IS 694, 1.1 KV)

Supply of GI flat bar (50mm x 6mm) for earthling system of length 25 meters.

Supply of a Magnetic flow meter DN150 (6”) class 150–Flow Range 0 to 6000 LPM suitable for SCADA system.

Supply of 150 mm ERW Pipes 168.3/Dx7.11 up to common Header (From EL 495 to 508 m) with all pipeline fixture arrangements for 02 nos. submersible pumps.

Supply of 300NB ERW Pipes 323.8/DX10.31 with common header, a 50NB drain pipe with Globe valve 50NB, class150 (10kg/cm2) , bend, Flanges, a gate valve 300mm with dummy flanges at suitable point & all necessary fixtures, Hardware from EL 508 to 535.8 M.

Supply and Erection of supporting arrangements of pumps & its foundation with M35 concreting, pipeline, guide ceiling rope, chain tackles for each pump sets, MS channels, Common headers, SD Panel along with all accessories from EL 495M to 535.8 M.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Pumps Sets along with all accessories i.e SD Panel, SCADA System, Flow Meters, Common Header and all Electrical and Piping works.
