S&F 1.25mm thick Plain, black, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with welded joints.

Taking down eaves gutters, valley-gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories).

M&L 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc and fixed with L or J type Hook.

Fixing only 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc and fixed with L or J type Hook (Except sheets).

S & F, Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L, cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terrancing,cleaning out,wetting,grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3

M&L, Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs, haunching or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges type-B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate).

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep including inserting APP membrane and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, including removing tarfelt if any and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre.

M&L, Screed bed or bedding layer of 1:4 cement mortar 15 mm thick (average) for laying floor finishes.

M&L, Cement concrete flooring of 40mm thick ,type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate)and finishing cement concrete surfcaces even and smooth with using extra cement.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound of any reputed brand.

S&F, Mild steel, for wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

S & F Rolled mild steel (Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250)) quality-B in rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails etc.; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates.

S&F, Expanded metal (Exc 4 Kg per Sqm) , cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members.

Disconnecting existing tanks (500LTR TANK) , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (During disconnecting and re-fixing of water tank any damage to fittings, pipe, float valve and water tank etc. will be borne by Contractor)

Preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm girtth or width not otherwise described and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint after priming with red oxide and specified in MES SSR part-1 1991 and as directed by Engg In Charge ( Make and colour as approved by Engg In Charge).

M & L, Preparation of old painted surfaces of valley gutters or Eaves gutter of any description n. exc 60 cm girth including holderbats, distance pieces, etc. (length measured over bends, branches etc.) including cleaning out debris (dust, litter, rubbish, bits etc.) & strengthening joints of gutters with red lead putty / steel putty before painting and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint of reputed brand.

Demolition cement concrete any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, any pattern in roof coverings.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings.

Removing building materials etc. to a distance of 1.5Km or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination.

M&L for providing APP based Polymeric membrane roof treatment with following provisions complete all as specified and directed in accordance with manufacturer's instructions:- (a) Applying one coat of bituminous primer, polymerized primer oil based coat, evenly @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm as priming coat to the prepared surfaces, till the surfaces is properly impregnated and the solvent oil in the based primer evaporated completely. (b) Applying APP based pre fabricated with non-woven polyester reinforced membrane stabilised with fibreglass strands, not less than 3mm thick, with 100mm side overlap and 150mm end overlap and not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm by torch application method.

S&F, Unplasticised PVC pipe 160mm, 0.6Mpa, Class-3 (6.0Kg/Sq.Cm), fixed complete to walls, valley gutters, eaves gutters, ceiling or in floor etc., including M.S. clamps, bends, swan neck etc. as required (as per site condition) complete.

Cleaning of valley gutters, Eve gutters, Rain water down take pipes, connected closed drains including removing of all dirt, leaves etc. and disposal of debris up to 100m as directed.

Fixing only in repair of turbo ventilators of any size in roof with self tapping screws or J-type hook including dismantling of turbo ventilators and removal to store if found unworkable. (Fixing of sheet in place of turbo ventilators will be paid separately.

S & F Polycarbonate clear transperent solid 2mm Thick Plain, or profile sheet, UV-Resistant surface on both sides, free from pin-holes & bubbles on roof / wall clading, north light, turbo ventilators etc. with self tapping screws or L-type or J-type hook bolts as specified & directed.
