Demolition of un-reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for injecting/grouting cement slurry mixed with Conbextra EP 10 (Epoxy resinj injection grout) of M/S Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent approved Chemicals in to roof/sunken slabs of toilet by drilling holes to a depth of 60mm by 20mm dia at 1 mtr interval by mechanical means with required pressure complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed

Complete removing the plants from the surfaces of the building with complete roots, applying recommended chemical to prevent further growth as directed, making good the disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 and applying the same surface finish of the existing surface and finished to match with the surrounding surfaces including removal of debris etc., out side the premises complete all as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Vitreous China, wash basin, White, flat back of size 450 x 300 mm including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand but exclusive of waste pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, 15 mm bore, pillar taps, fancy type, cast copper alloy, chromium plated with capstan heads, screwed down high pressure with or without lettered 'Hot or Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 32 mm dia Waste fittings, brass, chromium plated for glazed ware sinks, basins, etc. with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls, etc and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

(a) 1st stage: Drain out the water by using exit valve or with high capacity dewatering system or any other suitable method approved by Engr-in-Charge. (b) 2nd Stage: Cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/INCHLOR-5/NB-10, (a laboratory tested branded chemical) and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c) 3rd stage: Cleaning with fresh water by high speed jet pump with pressure of 5 PSI. (d) 4th stage Sterilization by using TERBAC G5/INCHLOR-5/NB-10, (a Laboratory certified branded halogen compound) for first bateria screening. (e) 5th stage: Cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) 6th stage: Sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray Ejector covering 360 degree with in the tank and kills all suspended bacteria for 2nd bacteria screening. (g) 7th Stage: Cleaning and sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agend TERBAC G65/INOXI-60/NB-69 for third bacteria screening. Note:- (i) Test certificate of TERBAC G65/INOXI-60/NB-69 etc from Government Laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted to the Dept before using for Sterilization. (ii) Cleaning of tank shall only be carried by the authorised service provider of the material used. Necessary approval shall be obtained from GE before cleaning of the tanks, (iii) After cleaning of the tank necessary completion certificate confirming the completion of sterilization of water tank shall be issued by the service provider and a sticker shall be fixed on the tank duly mentioning the date of cleaning and name of site etc)

M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions over 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded aggregate), as in levellig course, Supply and lay polymeric water proofing membrane of weight 3kg/sq.m incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 100gms/sq.m., followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.2kg/sq.m. each at top and bottom of the membrane including sealing all joints by thermo fusion with minium 10cm overlap incl grooving & inserting in parapt wall all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)
