Service for carrying out the complete inspection/testing/maintenance of cold converters (liquid nitrogen storage tank) Includes a. Heating, Drying and Re-evacuation. b. Insulating powder (Perlite) Topping. c. Pneumatic pressure testing, PRT test (48 hours). d. Checking of loading/unloading valves, vaporizer valves and submission of report if found not functioning properly or passing. e. Pipe line checking and rectification if any f. Rupture disc “O” ring replacement. g. Vacuum port changing i.e. Vacuum Probe valve and Vacuum port shall be changed/provided for measurement of Vacuum and creation of vacuum in the annular space between the Inner & Outer Pressure Vessel. Vacuum < 5X10-2 mbar (tank in operation) shall be maintained. & report submission as per scope of the job, including of all kind of travelling, local conveyance.
Changing of vacuum port (includes Vacuum Probe valve and Vacuum port)
Replacement of loading/unloading valves, vapor inlet valves (valve rating: PN. 25, DN.32)
Tank pressure regulator (Rp)
