Manufacture as per BIS:12592 (Part 1&2) Supply & Delivery of manhole covers and frames with ISI marking anywhere in A.P., F.O.R. destination including, loading, un-loading & stacking at site but excluding all taxes.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete (M10) in open foundations using 40 mm hard stone aggregate , mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH.

Masonary works in CM (1:6) Propostion with fly ash Cement Solid blocks of size 290X225X140mm for Manufacturing of Fly ash Solid blocks using fly ash of 80 kgs,Cement of 15kgs gyspum of 5kgs and stone dust including cost and conveyance of all Materials and labour charges ,scaffoldidng and curing charges etc.. complete with a Compressive streanth of not less than 50kg/Sqm for walls.

Plastering in C.M (1:3) 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all Material, Labour for mixing Material, laying and curing etc., complete - 10 Sq.M. (BLD-CSTN-6.2)

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete (M10) in open foundations using 20 mm Graded hard stone aggregate , mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH.

Lowering the SWG SP-1 Pipes carefully into the trenches laying them true to alignment and gradient, jointing with rubber rings and testing including filling with water with a water lead upto 500 meters including cost of rubber rings as per BIS No. 783/1985 (PHE-LRCS-6)

Filling of Stone Crusher Dust for foundation trenches including cost and conveyance off all materials and all labour charges ramming,watering etc, as per drawing and technical specification in Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH

Carting away the surplus excavated earth from the work site with a lead of 3 km beyond initial lead including loading, unloading and conveyance but excluding stacking charges etc., complete - 1 Cum.

Laying of Plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 / 53 grade at cement as per Clause 1501.2.2 (M30 Grade) at 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.28 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, and curing of concrete slabs for 14- days and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.
