Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but exc ashlar facings dressed stone works and precast cement articles including rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including rubbish off the premises complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Walling of random rubble stone mansonry uncoursed well bonded solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6, completen all as specified and directed.

M&L Walling of random rubble stone mansonry but except stone ,uncoursed well bonded solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6, completen all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 20mm for Granite or Trap stone of random rubble wall, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block ( Type C-1 1:3:6 , 20 mm graded agg) masonry with solid blocks exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L fo providing Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement Mortar 1:4 Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) 75 mm pipes single socketed, in any length as in weep holes, all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) 100 mm pipes single socketed, in any length as in weep holes, all as specified and directed.

M&L Hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level of broken stones or boulders, all as specified and directed.

Dismanting of fencing wire mesh barbed wire etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts embeded in natural ground (wood, steel or RCC) any section ,including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS galvanised chain link fencing 3.80 mm dia and 50 mm pitch, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining blots, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel in joist, channel, angle,or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, of Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintel hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps,plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe 290 Gde E -165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat, round or square bars, in available lengths welded with iron posts of Fe-410-W(Gde- E-250) quality-B, all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 21 here-in-before above but fixing only with restraining, resecuring including making good staples etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (unreinforcement) in ground floor (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including necessary form work etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

M&L plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces of wall, surface finished fair and even without using extra cement, mixed with integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of WPC included in the unit rate.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L One coat of synthetic enamel paint over old painted steel & Iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dedcuct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 46,230.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
