Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for continuous brick edging; with width equal to the length of the brick; built in cement mortar 1:4 using sub class 'B' bricks complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L Brick work with sub-class ‘B’ bricks in brick-on-edge walls (less than ½ brick thick), built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour for rendering 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in walls and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walling built in CM including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of old treated surfaces of walls and apply a coats cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of new surfaces of walls and apply three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies,type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm garaded aggregate) 25mm thick (measured solid), set in cement mortar in 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering including WPC in cement mortar 1:4 in side and wall of manhole of brick work/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth ( With out using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for framed work as in doors or gates of framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, and hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality-A and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in natural ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old chain link fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old GI wire and barded wire any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, and returning filling in and ramming with concrete around, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate as in foundation , filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and around MS post/fencing post above GL and wall of trough including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MS works as in Posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only New/Old chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS Galvanised fencing, any size or type required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild & steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut,n.exc. 5 cm and 5 to 10 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel round bars 10 mm dia as in stiffener for straightening chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm barbed with 2 mm dia barbs @ 75 mm spacing straining and fixing including securing or lying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS staples or steel pins complete all as specified and directed.

S & F punched tape concertina coil fencing 600mm coil dia 10 meter openable length. Having 50 Nos rounds per 6 meter length ,spring core wire (2.50mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165 Kg/Sq mm with tap (.52 mm thick) including dismentling of old U/S concertina coil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured chequred cement tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes, set with grey cement and pigment, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete etc (un-reinforced) of any description along with sub base in ground floors and paving n exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) un-reinforced concrete & removal of rubbish beyond defense land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement , laying of floor in alternative bay including necessary form work and joints complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast machine pressed cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 grade, glossy type with grey cement and pigment laid dry over a layer of 25 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed .

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course (avg thickness 40mm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping, benching of manhole / PCC bed of drain and PCC drain slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed incl finish the surfaces smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends complete all as specified and directed .

Add or deduct on above item No 32 for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm complete all as specified and directed .

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20m graded stone aggregates as in kerbs, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cleaning of blocked/chocked sewer pipe line of 100 mm dia from manhole to manhole etc or from cleaning eyes in any depth by rodding or by mechanical means and well flushing the complete line including removing of sludge /waste to low lying area within 200 m distance and burrying the same properly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including taking out and re-fixing of manhole cover in cement mortar (1:4) required complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No.35 to 38 : Contractor or his accredited representative/ supervisor will report to the I/C Maint of AGE B/R-III Saharanpur at 8.30 AM on every working day to collect the complaint slips and will report the completion to the concerned JE on the same day. All blockages/complaints to be cleared within 24 Hrs. If any blockage is not cleared within 24 Hrs, a panelty of Rs 250/- per complaint shall be imposed to the cotractor for every day of delay.

M&L for cleaning of blocked WC, Gully trap, Floor trap and Nahani trap incl cleaning branch piece from trap to connecting bend or junction complete all as specified and directed .

Taking off existing covers of septic tank, cesspool, soak well, lift well, soak pit or manholes of any size/capacity and cleaning by dewatering and taking out sludge in liquid mud, silt or in solid state after emptying the water with the help of combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (Vacuum) type machine mounted on vehicle having facilities of high pressuere of water thermoplastic fiber blended water jetting hose & through conical or round shaped nozzle pipe and removing the sludge to outside MD land at approved locations and burrying the same in newly excavated pits of suitable sizes and covering with excavated earth and placing back in position the removed covers and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water storage tank of any description (PVC, Cemented, AC or GI ) n.exc 500 Ltrs capacity, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from bottom & walls of tank and washing down including cleaning the mouth of inlet & outlet pipes etc, re-fixing in the same position and marking date of cleaning and next due date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint using stencil cut letters & figures complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water storage tank of any description (PVC, Cemented, AC or GI ) exc 500 Ltrs but n.exc 1000 ltrs capacity, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from bottom & walls of tank and washing down including cleaning the mouth of inlet & outlet pipes etc, re-fixing in the same position and marking date of cleaning and next due date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint using stencil cut letters & figures complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide & n.exc 1.50 m in depth for foundation or for manholes, cesspits, shafts etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out / demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) of 150 mm internal dia, set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) Precast cement concrete as in cover slab for man hole and similar article with plain face. Set in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in cover slabs of manhole or septic tank, soak pit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT reinforcement bars 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, vitreous china squatting pan 'Orissa pattern' long pan of size 580x440mm white, with integral footrest & 'P' or 'S' trap set in PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) including connection to trap, flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe etc and making good the floor to match with the existing surfaces complete (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern) white incl 'P' or 'S' trap and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 10 ltrs PVC (White) valve less syphonic action type, flushing cistern low level with inlet ball valve float, handle, Aluminium brackets for bottom support fixing with gitties embeded in wall with drilling machine etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, 32mm dia bore PVC flush pipe for connecting low level flushing cistern including jointing to WC seat of any type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Coloured (Digital colour) Non - skid Ceramic coloured joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 incl dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic tiles vertical surface 300x 200x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and incl 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 incl dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
