Assitance in Operation of existing 1000 LPH RO plant at IOCL Viramgam Colony by semi skilled person including running of plant ,pumps, valves and closing the system as per manual, mixing the chemical as per prescribed manual or as per direction of EIC/ site engineer etc. checking of water levels in RO tank (incoming and outgoing) complete with all labour, tools & tackles etc. as per direction of Site Engineer/EIC. The Semiskilled operator will be available for minimum eight hours duration per day as per timing decided by EIC. No of Days for Assistance = 31 Days * 24 Months = 744 Days
Comprehensive AMC charge for existing RO plant (Capacity 1000 LPH) which includes all chemical , consumable/ spare required for smooth operation for two years period. It also includes repair/ replacement of all water treatment components already installed in plant, service/ chemical cleaning. Charge includes six visits & two chemical cleaning per year. All consumable, chemical (anti scanlent make M/s Nalco USA), spares (BB cartridges filter, activated carbon filter) and replacement of SS/ FRP Membrane housing are inclusive in this SOR and work will be executed as per direction of EIC/ site engineer. Contractor have to provide one number pH meter and TDS meter ( measuring of pH and TDS reading manually) at plant site till the contract period for measuring the pH and TDS on regular basis. The rates are inclusive of water testing charges every six month at a recognised laboratory and will include water testing of RAW water and RO water as per direction of site engineer / EIC by providing jerry cans , conveyance and manpower etc (Testing Parameters will be pH , TDS, COD, BOD Chlorides, Sulphates, total hardness, Iron , Total alkalinity , Sulphates, Fluoride, Magnesium, Calcium etc as per IS 10500 and as per direction of EIC. If parameters of RO water deviates from prescribed limit the remedial action to be taken by contractor with advice of EIC/ site engineer.
