Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for. Foundations, footings, bases for columns

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Clearing of grass bushes etc by grass cutting Talwar i/c sweeping and disposal of material so cleared st desired location in Airport premises complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing grass/ bushes using mechanical means ( tractor attached with grass cutter attachment) or hand mechanical tools including removal of malba from airport premises as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Cleaning of chocked/blocked storm water drain i/c of any diameter and size i/c removal of mulba outside AAI premises as directed by EIC

Rebaring with grouting chemical @ 9.6 ml per bar for 12 mm dia rebar with appropriate embedment depth as per manufacturer specification, to be grouted in RCC members like beam, drain wall, side wall, column etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (HILTI/WUERTH/FISCHER makes only) Note:( Steel used for rebaring shall be paid separatly under correspondence item )

Providing and fixing 12mm x 150 mm anchor with chemical grouting minimum anchoring depth of 100mm with chemical @ 7 ML complete including drilling in RCC and all other consumables/ materials required during installation as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (HILTI/WUERTH/FISCHER makes only)
