REPAIR TO ROADS, PATHS, CULVERTS AND ROAD FURNITURE IN ZONE-I AND DOMESTIC AREA AT TBRL RANGE RAMGARH

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 Sqm and exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairs to unlevelled surfaces by filling in premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumin VG-30 @ 4% by weight of total mix laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 ton power roller (consolidated thickness of 75mm or less) and laid by mechanical paver finisher all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc, cutting around adges making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of material obtained from item No -01 to a distance exceeding 250 mtr but not exc 500 mtr and depositing on a level 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparing existing black top surfaces surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleared surfaces with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer by using paving bitumen of V-10 grade @ 5 kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laying, srpeading 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content of bitumen of VG-30 grade by weight of total mix, made with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and consolidated to reqd camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge ( Note :- (i) Work shall be executed as per design mix approved by the GE. (ii) Filler shall be cement (OPC-43 Grade) (iii) Any variatiion in binder content during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. However, if binder content works out to be on minus side during design process (i.e less than 5.50%) same shall be adjusted considering the bitumen rate given in particular specification.

Material and labour for hot applied thermoplastic road marking compound minimum 2.5mm thick,using indegeneous modern propeller road marking machine including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area, thicknessof 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads, as per the code of practice for road marking paints, MORT & H SECTION 803 SPECIFICATIONS, white with hot thermoplastic road marking compound all as directed including applying one coat of sealing primer including all materials and labour, brushes, tools, equipment, fuel etc complete including applying paints in lines, dashes, arrows etc complete all as specified. Note:- Road marking paint shall be carried out in accordance with manufavturere's instructions and as specified in particular specifications.

Clearance of road side berms including removing bushes, vegetation growth including taking out roots of bushes/ vegetation growth upto 30 cm depth and disposal of rubbish to a distance not exc. 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for reflective dual directional cat eye of high impact resistant ASB plastic solid state double moulded die stud 100x115mm having ultra violet resistant colours (White/ Yellow/ Red) having micro cuble corner spark glowwith four round discs containing 43x2= 86 mini retro-reflective glass beads of colour of white/Yellow/Red to a side provided with steel zink plated nails of 12mm dia and 120mm long and fixed on road by hammpering including removing, taking out cats eyes complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforcement ) in ground floors and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC floors/hard standing laid in bays type B-2 1:2:4 mix 100mm thick finished even and smooth with out using extra cement using XPM impression with concrete green including necessary formwork complete all as specefied and directed.

Material and labour for providing, pre cast cement concrete as in kerb stones rounded or chamfered on edges type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate including necessary formworks & moulds and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide,filled with sealing compound 'A' Complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 10mm thick expansion joints filled with pre formed bituminious filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' for 150mm thick slab complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate in sub base/ mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortat bedding (but not backaing coat) removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid over a layer of fine river sand, watering and consolidating complete . (Note: Sand will be measured paid for seperately under respective item supplied only).

Supply only river bed fine sand for screed bed min 25mm thick for paving flooring all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar of any specification and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed

All as per serial item No 22.00 above but except brick complete all as as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick external using cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete work surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer on walls all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs for 600mm dia circular polycarbonate reflective convex mirror body made out of ABS plastic high performance complete with mounthing hardware including pole and fixing with clamp in PCC 1:2:4 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs for 200mm dia x 80mm dia x 450mm flexible delineator post (Thermoplastic polyurethane) with bright reflective sheeting including protective mesh mounted on powder coated steel pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
