Repairing of Leakage of pipe line of various Dia at UWSS Kaithoon Tehsil Ladpura District Kota

Maintenance of pipelines irrespective of size & material which includes Repairing of Bursts & leakages pollution control, survey & removal of choking, disconnection of illegal connections, Collection & recording minimum 10 nos. residual chlorine samples during daily supply timings, interconnections Repairing of sluice valve and all works related to pipeline network in existing distribution /rising main pipe lines of all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in soft and loose soil/ hard soil including cutting of Black top, WBM & CC top of road of any size at work site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and then refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers. For entire job contractor will use their own T & P. Contractor with his own resources shall arrange de-watering,JCB & Tractor compressor if any and restore any amenity at his own cost damaged while performing the work in this item. The work includes daily patrolling and repair the leakages within stipulated time and complete maintenance of pipe line network of rising and distribution pipeline network within the scope of work for per km pipe line per month. Jointing material shall be provided by the department. Minimum labour for a following kms pipelines to be deployed.

1 km to 50 km - one fitter-II & one beldar (30 KM *12 Months=360 Kms)

Replacement of CI/ DI Double flange sluice valves,non return valves,butter fly valves etc. in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including providing and fixing MS Nut and Bolt and rubber gasket, dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site and then refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of required material from store. (Required material such as Valve, Tail piece, CID Joints etc. shall be provided by Department free of cost) In all type Soil

Add on above item for CC Road.Pit in CC Road shall be cut in optimum size through CC cutter Machine only.

Providing, Fabrication of Mild Steel Plane Ended/ Flanged Specials like Tees, Bends, Reducers, Enlargers, Plugs, Tail Pieces and Blank Flange made from MS pipes, MS sheet strip and MS Sheet of required sizes by welding, cutting and treading as per site conditions and as directed by the Engineer- In- Charge complete in all respect.

Supplying of MS Rods and Chuck Nut (Complete Set) for different sizes of sluice valve and should be supplied as according to size of Check Nut including material for the following sizes.

Turning of various sizes of CID Joints Class- 10/ 15 Complete set (Labour Charges), The Joints will be supplied by the Junior Engineer concern of Department and carting to workshop and after turning of these joints, firm is liable to transport upto Junior Engineer concern's store own his cost.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete M10 grade nominal mix 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in base course complete including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding for road restoration work in trenches of pipe line and chamber work. Measurement for CC work to be made as per standard trench width specified in tender document and no extra payment shall be made be made for trench width more than specified, complete work as per technical specification and scope of work.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete in specified grade over prepared base course complete including finishing, curing, all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding for road restoration work in trenches of pipe line and chamber work. Measurement for CC work to be made as per standard trench width specified in tender document and no extra payment shall be made be made for trench width more than specified, complete work as per technical specification and scope of work. M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).
