Construction of a 10 seater community toilet within a portion of the Mathgarhwa Ghat Ashram premises at Ward No. 05 Ahmadganj Revda Paraspur.

CIVIL WORK

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil incluidng filling lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches or plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches including all T&P etc. complete as per S.I. No. 251.

Supply and laying of local sand in trench includimg ramming, dressing, watering etc. including cost of all material, labour etc. required for proper completion of the work as per S.I. No. 255.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm, gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 in fondation including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per S.I. No. 281.

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in raft foundation & footing excluding its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.,and also including supply of all material required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost as per S.I. No. 287(A).

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in T-beam, slab, column excluding its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.,and also including supply of all material required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost as per S.I. No. 288(A).

Mild steel work (TMT Bar HYSD) such as in reinforced concrete work wrought to required shape as necessary including bending and also including supply of steel and wastages and overlapping and hooks required for completion of the work as per S.I. No. 504.

2.5cm (1") thick damp proof coarse with cement concrete consisting of one part cement 1.5parts approved coarse sand and 3 parts approved 13mm (1.5") graded stone grit and including water proofing materials as ordered by the Engineer-in-charge in the proportion as specified by the manufacturers as per S.I. No. 361.

1st class brick work in 6:1 fine sand and cement of 1.25 fineness modulus mortor in foundation & plinth Substructure including supply of all material, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per S.I. No. 303.

1st class brick work in 4:1 fine sand and cement of 1.25 fineness modulus mortor in foundation & plinth including supply of all material, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per S.I. No. 305.
