Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n exc 400 Sqm and depth exc 50mm and n exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Screening road metal, chippings etc on the site of work, when specially ordered incl removing screened materials clear off screen and staking in separate heaps for measuring (materials from both side of screen mesured) complete all as spd and as directed.

Materials and Labour for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate of granite, trap or Basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and all as specified and directed.

Ditto as above item No.3 but except materials (Material obtained from item No-2)

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brooming with wire brush etc for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags removing all loose dirt etc and applying a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer @ 3.5 kg per 10 Sqm using cut back bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen of grade VG 30 @ 4% by weight of total mix, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller compacted (consolidated thickness not less than 50 mm and not more than 75 mm )

M&L for repairs to pot holes, any depth, not exc 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scooring sunken surfaces in roads, paths ec cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat by cationic bitumen (RS-1) @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 25 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content of paving bitumen VG - 30 grade by weight of total mix rolled and compacted mixed in mechanical hot mix plantand premixed plant and premixed material laid with mechanical paver, finished including rolling to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required compaction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surface of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or by air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with cationoc bitumen (RS- 1) @ 2.50 kg per 10 sqm over black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness( minimum) with 5.5 % binder content of paving bitumen gde VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted, mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and pre- mixed material laid with mechanical paver, finished including rolling to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required compaction complete all as specified in relevant clauses of SSR part- I (2020) and directed.

M&L for Continuous brick edging (sub class 'B' brick, old size, best quality locally availabe) with width equal to the width of the brick; laid dry on end vertically including demolition of old unserviceable brick edging complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hot applied thermoplastic road marking inclusive type I reflectorising glass beads as per table 800-3, 800-4 of MORT & H applied in uniform thickness of at least 2.5mm and spread uniformly with reflectorising glass beads type II @ 250 gms per sqm with a road marking machine as per IRC : 35, with traffic diversion arrangements if required, complete as per, MORT & h specification clause 803.4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cat eye of size (100x100x18-20mm) ABS moulded body with polycarbonate, micro prismatic reflectors, scratch and abrasion resistant, temperature resistant and ultrasonically welded on moulded ABS body of approved colour Red , White, Yellow complete all as specified and directed.
