Repair/refixing of following u/s parts of "Charpoy GI Pipe" with suitable new parts of existing shape & size complete to match the original as shown on drg no FD 220 and all directed by Engr-In-Charge:-

S&F suitable new 12mm thick BWR phenol bonded commercial ply of size 1980x900mm, fixed with flat/dome head MS galvanished iron carriage bolts. The edge of plywood shall be smoothened alround & corner shall be rounded to a radious of 1 Cm iron carriage, 10Nos of round headed bolts with nut & washers of size 5x75mm after drilling the holes at equal distance on rails (03Nos on each long rail & 02Nos on each short Rails)

Removing of u/s long rails from the frame of charpoy GI pipe and S&F of new long rail made out of GI pipe 32 mm dia Medium grade duly threaded at both end upto 45mm. Note : u/s long rails shall be converted into 01short rail & 01leg & measured in BOQ item No. 1.03 & 1.04.

Removing of u/s short rails from the frame of charpoy GI pipe and fixing only short rail retrieved from item No 1.02 duly threaded at both end upto 45mm. Note: u/s short rails be converted into 01leg and measured in BOQ item No. 1.04.

Removing of u/s legs from the frame of charpoy GI pipe and fixing only legs retrieved from item No 1.02 & 1.03 duly threaded at one end upto 45mm.

Removing of u/s 3way elbow and S&F of new 3way GI elbow 32 mm dia ISI marked.

Removing of old/unsv check nut and S&F of new check nut 32mm dia Med grade ISI marked.

S&F new flat iron MS strip of size 900mmx32mmx03mm fix with 02 Nos in each charpoy GI pipe with nut, bolt and washer in equal distance for supporting of plywood. Flat iron shall be one coat of red oxide & two coat of black synthetic enamel paint.

Provn of 02 Nos new clamps made out of MS flat iron 25x3mm to hold the MNF set duly plugged/sealed by welding on each leg of charpoy GI pipe duly painted with 2 coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as specified directed.

Repair/Relacement of following u/s parts of "Almirah glazed steel " with suitable new parts of existing shape & size complete to match the original as per drg No FD 104(M) and directed by Engr-In-Charge:-

Removing of u/s lock and S&F New lock of 6 lever with duplicate key of approved quality.

Removing of u/s rusted shelves and S&F new shelves made out of 1.00 mm thick MS sheet fixed and welded where required.

Removing of u/s handles and S&F new Chromium Plated handles complete with nut and bolt of standard size.

Removing u/s hinges and S&F new hinges (75mm).

Repair/Relacement of U/S rusted shutters made out of 1.00 mm thick M S sheet match the original as shown on drg and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Repair/Relacement of U/S rusted legs made out of 1.00 mm thick MS sheet to match the original as shown on drg and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F of suitable pattern MS clamps for holding of almirah shelves.

Repair/replacement of u/s glass with new glass of existing shape & size complete to match the original as shown on drg and all directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing of u/s bush (chakri) and S&F new bush (chakri) suitable pattern for the locking system.

Removing of u/s locking device and S&F new locking device with plunger rod of suitable pattern to the locking system of Almirah steel.

M&L for two or more coats spray painting of synthetic enamel paint as required on outer & inner side of almirah with high class finishing, including necessary rubbing, scrapping, denting, welding and levelling with filling paste as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of old torn u/s Mattress cover with new standard size cover of best quality cloth, cloth should not be less then Rs 150/- per meter, including a long side TKK chain fixed properly on the mattress as approved by GE.

Replacement of old torn u/s Pillow cover with new standard size cover of best quality cloth (white), cloth should not be less then Rs 150/- per meteras as approved by GE.
