Sub main wiring / power wiring complete with two runs of 4 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100 Volts grade, multistranded with copper conductor, drawn through and including suitable size of rigid non metallic PVC conduit pipe and accessories on surface of wall /floors / roof with one run of PVC insulated, 4 Sqmm FRLS copper conductor for earth continuity complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 5 here in before but with 2 runs of 6 Sqmm for phase and neutral and 1 run of 6 Sqmm for earth wire complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE FOR ITEM NOS 8 AND 9: Four runs of main copper conductor, two runs of copper conductor for earth continuity and one run of conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

MCB DB SPN 4 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar with mild steel sheet enclosure, double door type suitable for fixing MCBs including connecting etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection and removing the u/s MCB plug and socket unit and S&F Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps 240 Volts, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for taking out /for laying under ground cables/ pipes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading fine river sand in trenches for cushioning of under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Only punned thickness will be measured and paid.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cms thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, Type I, flat, of size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying of old serviceable PCC cable cover class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of LT XLPE/ PVC UG cable 1100 V grade including joints where required of various size from the trenches for finding out the fault complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core in trenches / through GI pipe / fixed along with pole structure etc with all fixing & connecting accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection and removing the unserveciable MCCB and S&F new MCCB with thermalmagnetic release Conform to IS/IEC 60947-2 & IEC 60947-2 4 pole, 415 V, 400 A, 50 Hz, breaking capacity of 36 KA complete all as specified and as directed.
