CIVIL WORK Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil in foundation within 50M initially lead and 1.50M initially lifts including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layer not exceeding 0.03Mtr in depth & levelling bed etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charges.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming including cost, conveyance and royality and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying diluting and preparing chemical emulsion like CHLORYPHYIRIPHOS OR other chemicals approved by central insectiside boards or as per directed by the menufacturier and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as per constructional antytormat treatment and creating a chemical barier under and around wall trenches ,basement ,excavation top surface of plinth filling ,unction of wall and floors along with external perimeter of the building surrounding the pipes and conduits etc. complete at the rate of 7.5 liter or as direction by the manufacture per Sqm on vertical and 5.0 liter per sqm on Horizontal surface .50% of the emulsion to be filled in the holes mode in trenches at 150 mm center to center etc. complete as oer IS:6313/1981 Part-11 and as per the direction of Engineer in Charge including all cost of materials labour,taxes etc all complete.

Cement concrete in (1:3:6) using 40mm size Hard Granite Crusher Broken metal including watering and curing,cost,conveyance, taxes and royalties of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc complete and as per specification and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Fly Ash Brick Masonry work in C.M. (1:6) in F&P using 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size Fly Ash Brick including watering and curing, cost, conveyance,taxes and royalties and labour etc complete.

RCC work of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips incuding watering and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge. A) GROUND FLOOR a) Columns Footing

Fly Ash. Brick Masonry in C.M. (1:6) in Superstructure using 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size Fly Ash Brick including watering and curing, cost, conveyance,taxes and royalties and labour require for the work etc complete. A) GROUND FLOOR

Supplying fitting and fixing of vitrified tile in floors of size 600mmx600mm of approved make conforming to IS:13755 laid on 210mm thick Cement Mortar (1:4) (1 Cement : 4 Course Sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing fitting & fixing Vetrified tiles in dados ,skirtings and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including all cost, conveyance,taxes,royalities etc. complete.

Providing & fixing of Floor Tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade including rubbing and polishing as per the design & drawing with cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes , T&P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineering -in-charge.

Fixing of wall tiles in dados, skirting riser of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster CM(1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing including cost, conveyance and tax of tile etc complete.

Manufacturing and supplying of M.S. Doors, windows, grills, vantilotors , collarseble gate and doors frame with pannel shuter made out of structural steel plates and bars conferming to IS spesification as per drawing, design, including with all cost, laour, T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying ,Fitting and fixing of ISI Marked two track UPVC Sliding Window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame ,shutter and all fitting and fixtures etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Finishing surface of walls with Cement based Wall Putty (Water Based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials, taxes labour T&P required for the work etc. complete

Providing & Painting with two coats to the entire inside surface with Plastic Emulsion Paint of any approved make to the outer surface after scraping and cleaning the surface over Water Bound Cement Primer including all cost of materials, scaffolding, labour T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Weathering two coat with any approved Weather coat on new work after scraping and cleaning the surface over one coat of water bound wall primer including watering and curring all cost of materials, scaffolding, labour with T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting Two coats (Enamel Paint) with any approved shade on new/Old Doors and windows including all cost, conveyance,tax of materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc complete.

Filling F & P With Excavated materials (2/3 Quantity of Excavation ) including cost and conveyance of all materials ,labour T&P ,Hire charges of machine ,all ,taxes and etc all completes all respects as per direction of Engineer charge.
