Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft/hard rock, chiseling wedging out of rock where blasting in prohibited saturated soil including bailing / pumping out of water, stacking the excavated soil in all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Demolition below G.L 1.50 mtrs depth and disposal of unservicable materials within 0 mtrs lead in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement mortar 1:6:12 (1cement: 6sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8 graded stone agg. 40mmnominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landings and the like floors etc. up to 200mm thickness.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls (under 20cmt wide) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level 2nd class bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4sand) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2 sand: 4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excuding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick / concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth cement mortor 1:3 (1cement: 3sand) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation footings base of columns and the like and mass concrete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall any thickness but not less than 0.1mtr thickness attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Suspended floor roofs landing shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers up to floor two level.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete in all depths and heights and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of RCC pipes 400mm dia class NP-2 with re-inforcement duly ISImarked as per IS: 458-2003, precast concrete pipes with and without reinforcement 3rd revision amendements No.3 and with latest amendments, if any, complete with rubber rings type-II duly ISI marked as per IS: 5382-1985 1st, revision amendment No.1 and with latest amendemnets.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 grade including border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub base of concrete with 25mm thick average thikness of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocksincluding curing rubbing and ploshing complete (sub base concrete floor to be paid for separately).
