Supply, installiing, commissioning and testing of LT indoor type floor mounted cubical APFC panel of size 500mmX800mmX1000mm and 150 KVAR capacity, weather proof, made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet and structure duly fixed on structural channel fixed on floor by PCC works (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates and net cementing the same. The cubical panel should have embalmed danger notice plate, duly painted with two coats of powder coated paint internally and externally on the surface all as specified, totally enclosed dust proof and vermin proof front and back opening with locking arrangements including necessary control circuit connection and necessary cable connection by lugs and glands including provision to accommodatinig capacitor complete all as specified and as directed with the following electrical items :-

All as per srl item No 1 above but capacity 125 KVAr (50 KVAR -01 No, 25 KVAR-02 Nos, 10KVAR- 01 No, 05 KVAR-02 Nos, 03 KVAR-01 No, 02 KVAR- 01 No and 3 blank capacitor for future expansion complete all as specified and directed and with the following electrical items :-(Make : Legrand/Havells/ABB/Schneider as approved by GE)

Supply and laying cable XLPE PVC insulated PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 185Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per srl item No 3 above but 300 sqmm 3.5 core and -ditto-

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose type of soil and not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable and fixing poles, stays etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry river sand filling in trenches around the cable protection in layers not exc. 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for un- reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type 2 ,flat of size 450mmX180mmX40mm as cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in ( of excavated soil) including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing light grade galvanised tubing 80mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanished steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground and earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below NGL and top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr deep below NGL, surrounded with adequate qty of char coal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness not less than 15 Cm on all sides of earth plate incl excavation, earth work, returning filling in , removal of surplus soil to a distance in n.exc. 50 mtr incl GI wire 4mm dia nut bolts etc to earth plate one end connected to continuous earth wire incl GI pipe watering light grade with CI funnel and wire mesh and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 duly re-enforced with MS bar 6mm dia @ 150mm C/C both ways with 10mm dia MS bar lifting handles, all as described in electric plate No. 3 of SSR part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Supply/installed and testing complete Energy efficient 5 Star BEE rating, high pressure electric geyser of 25 liters capacity vertical type with ABS body with puff insulation inner tank stainless steel with all in built safety accessories like thermo start / automatic thermal cut out with ON/OFF/Cut out indications all pre wired and additional safety accessories like pressure release valve, non return valve in same or other position as ordered including PVC Connection Pipe for hot and cold water install with the help of suitable size of nuts & bolts and making necessary electrical connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed copper stranded conductor single core FRLS cable of 4 Sqmm size for phase & neutral drawn through PVC Casing Caping fixed on walls/ceilings for sheet metal enclosure (AC Box) complete with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for independent point of sheet metal enclosure complete all as specified and directed. (Note - sheet metal enclosure measured and paid seprately)

S & F, sheet metal enclousure (AC box) with 2 pin and earth metal plug and socket DBs complete with provision of one MCB SP 20 Amps, 240 Volts, 'B' serise, 10KA breaking capacity flush on wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, Galvanized iron pipe, 15mm bore, medium grade, with all fittings & fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, 15 mm bore chromium plated brass angle cock/stop cock with long shank and cup complete all as specified and directed.

S & F, in repair 15mm dia bib tap, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down, with cup washer, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing steel tubing of size 20/25 mm for alternations or addition (Each cut measured ) necessarily done in position without taking down complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to GI Strip 32X6 MM as earthing lead connected to earth plate by means of nut, bolts, check nut & washer of galvanized iron or of steel, alternate layer of char coal and salt on all side to earth plate upto thickness of 150 mm, filling of black cotton soil in earth pit upto ground level, PCC chamber recessed for and including RCC cover including all necessary excavation & earth work, earth wire connected to main switch board, testing the earthing after completion all as specified and shown in electric plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) print and as directed .

S & F Air termination, single pointed alluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Test point terminal block made of aluminium size 75X75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex. Head screw complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductores and down conductores above ground complete all as specified and directed.

M & L submain wiring with 4 x 10 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS stranded copper conductor and 2 x 6 sqmm earth green PVC insulated FRLS stranded copper conductor earth continuity cable drawn through non metallic 30mm rigid PVC casing caping including all fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MCB triple pole and neutral, 63 amps rating, 'B' series, 10 KA breaking capacity & connection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pressed sheet metal enclosure (MCB DB), single phase and neutral with 200 Amps rated bus bar, single door type, 4 way , 240 volts, flush on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Metal body heavy duty exhaust fans AC single phase 230/ 240 V of size 300 mm sweep with louver complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pressed sheet metal enclosure (MCB DB), single phase and neutral with 200 Amps rated bus bar, double door type, 8 way , 240 volts, flush on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated, PVC unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 V grade , single core, stranded, copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm size, for phase and neutral, drawn into including non metallic rigid PVC Casing Caping (ISI marked) medium grade not less than 20mm with all accessories and including PVC unsheathed FRLS cable 1.5 sqmm stranded copper cable (green insulation) for continuous earth wire and including terminal boxes of required size complete all as specified and directed for One light point or fan point controlled by one switch.

Supply and fix pedestal fan 400mm sweep 230 volts single phase PVC body with BEE star rated having complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable single core 1100 Volt grade in and including rigid PVC conduit medium grade 20mm dia or more ISI Marked concealed conduit and conduit accessories and cutting chases of suitable girth where required on brick/concrete surface & making good disturbed surface,provision of CI/Pressed steel terminal switch box with plastic laminated sheet 3 mm thick fixed with brass screw and washers along with 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable ( FRLS ) as earth wire connected with main common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for One light point or fan point controlled by one switch.

Supply and fixing switch piano flush type single pole, one way 5 Amps, 240 Volts AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing socket out let 5 pin 6 Amps flush type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F heavy duty exhaust fan 380 MM sweep 900RPM 240 volts AC 50HZ heavy duty exhaust fan including louvers with and including cutting brick/ hollow block concrete wall for fixing of fan with and including cutting wall for fixing exhaust fan including finishing surfaces even and smooth by using cement mortar and pointing etc to match with the existing adjoining surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose surface bakelite 65x25mm dia having three terminals complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing DLP-U-PVC adoptable trunking system as per MDS Lexic size 50 x 105 mm, 1-compartment comprising of accessories like flexible cover, end caps , cable tie base, angles, junctions and bus bars etc and any other required accessories as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing DLP-U-Galvnized iron adoptable trunking system size 50 x 105mm,complete of accessories like flexible cover, end caps , cable tie base, angles, junctions and bus bars etc and any other required accessories as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing DLP-U-PVC adoptable trunking system as per MDS Lexic size 32 x 12.5 mm, 1-compartment comprising of accessories like flexible cover, end caps , cable tie base, angles, junctions etc and any other required accessories as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing DLP-U-PVC adoptable trunking system as per MDS Lexic size 32 x 16 mm, 1-compartment comprising of accessories like flexible cover, end caps , cable tie base, angles, junctions etc and any other required accessories as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sub main wiring two single core 4 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable ( FRLS ) 1100Volts grade drawn in & including rigid PVC conduit 20mm dia or more medium grade concealed in wall along with 2.5 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable (FRLS ) as earth wire and wire connected with main earth dolly including cutting chasing and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC Conduit Pipe 20mm on wall with clamps complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC/RCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
