Providing required men, materials, tools & tackles for removing of trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level), including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material & handing over to the sectional stores, disposal of unserviceable material to the burning yard and burning the same under controlled firing condition etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m etc.complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing required men, materials, tools & tackles for Demolishing cement concrete/ Brick Work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of servicable material, disposal of unservicable material to the dumping yard and handing over the serviable material to the sectional stores etc., all complete as per specifications as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing in position at all levels of uPVC pipes of following diameters with pressure rating 6kg/cm2 confirming to IS-4985 single socketed pipe including all fittings, accessories and special jointing with PVC solvent cement on walls and in grounds as required etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying Fly ash (FALG) brick masonry using brick of class 7.5 designated at all levels with CM 1:6 including all labor, materials, transport, curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete (1:2:4) using 20mm and down gauge stone aggregate of approved quality including leveling, ramming, curing, formwork wherever necessary etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Fine sand) including neat cement finishing in repairs works over concrete, brick masonry surfaces at all levels including racking of joints, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, scaffolding, providing grooves etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing all materials, tools and tackles etc., for on line repair of old (in Service) Inspection chambers/ Manholes including removal of old loose plaster and redoing the internal plaster with 15mm thick water proof cement plaster in CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Fine sand) with neat finish, including plugging of holes, repairing/ redoing of benching with cement concrete 1:2:4 to the original shape, line, slope etc., renewing of external plaster (outer exposed area) with 15mm thick, 1:4 cement mortar (1Cement : 4 fine Sand) including curing etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Construction of Gully Chambers of size 300 x 300 x 300 with half brick masonry over a bedding of 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 including 15mm thick plastering inside and out side, Providing and fixing new gully trap of size 100 x 100mm including 50mm thick precast cover of size 530 x 530mm with welded mesh 50 x 50 x 3mm etc., complete including dismantling of old damaged chamber, stacking and handing over of serviceable materials in sectional stores, disposing of unserviceable materials within a lead of 50 mtrs etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Constructing brick masonry chamber for underground C.I inspection chamber and bends with bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) C.I. cover with frame (light duty) 455 x 610 mm internal dimensions, total weight of cover with frame to be not less than 38 kg (weight of cover 23 kg and weight of frame 15 kg), R.C.C. top slab with 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (Zone III) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement on walls and bed oncrete etc. complete as per standard design:Inside dimensions 455 x 610 mm and 45 cm deep all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Constructing brick masonry circular type manhole 0.91 m internal dia at bottom and 0.56m dia at top in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), inside cement plaster 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, foundation concrete 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), and making necessary channel in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, all complete as per standard design : 0.91 m deep with RCC cover and frame 560 mm internal diameter, in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including centering, shuttering, erection of covers all complete (Excavation, foot rests and 12mm thick cement plaster at the external surface shall be paid for separately) as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing JCB for excavation, up rooting, loading, leveling etc. including driver, diesel and all incidental costs to complet the job in all respects as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
