Providing outsourcing of conservancy/House keeping services by deplying 02 Nos clerical data entry operator cum photocopy machine operator services for office of GE (I) R&D Chandigarh on all working days for carrying out day to day official work assigined by officer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Service of all operators are required on each working day. (ii) The distribution of resources amongst various offices will be communicated by the Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Office timings will be Monday, tuesday, thursday and Friday is 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs and Wednesday & Saturday is 0900 Hrs to 1400 Hrs. However the services may be required on an average 08 Hrs/Day irrespective the office timing. Exact timings will be as per requirement and will be communicated on day to day basis by the Engr-in-Charge. Providing/outsourcing of conservency/Housekeeping services by deploying 02 Nos. of safaiwala for office of GE (I) R&D Chandigarh for carrying out daily cleaning and mopping of entire offices area including rooms, varandah, porch, wash rooms, stair case & approx 06 Nos toilets and dusting & cleaning of office furniture equipment, railing doors/window glass panes, boards, name plates etc including removing of garbage from dust bins and waste buckets to near by garbage pits complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Services of 02 Nos. Safaiwala is required on all working day. Providing/outsourcing of conservancy/house keeping services by deploying 02 Nos Multi Task Staff Services unskilled for office of GE (I) R&D Chandigarh for daily multi tasks i.e Dak dispatching , Dispatch Runner duties, shifting/handling of stores, files & data feedings and any other tasks as assigned by /directed by Officer-in-Charge of concerned office complete all as specified and directed. Note for Ser item No. 3.00 (i) Services of 02 Nos MTS (Multi Task Staff) are required on all working day. (ii) Office timings will be Monday, tuesday, thursday and Friday is 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs and Wednesday & Saturday is 0900 Hrs to 1400 Hrs. Labour Welfare Cess (LWC) for 02 (TWO) independent Multi Task Staff Service in one shift Notes for Sr Item No 1.00 to 3.05 (i) Data entry operator semiskilled (aa) Minimum education (10+2)/12th (ab) Typing Speed 30 WPM at MS (ac) Knowledge to work with photostat, printer, Fax other office equipment. (ii) The safaiwala (unskilled) shall be 8th passed with minimum 3 yrs working experience in relevant trade shall be employed. (iii) The MTS (unskilled) shall be 10th passed alongwith basic knowledge of computer and minimum 3 yrs working exprience in relevant trade shall be employed. (iv) It is an express condition of the contract that tenderers are required to quote their rates duly considered minimum applicable as per policy wages of the tradesmen intended in the tender, as in force on the end date of bid submission. It shall be deemed that quoted rates are based on minimum wages notified by the concerned authority for the station i.e Govt of India/State Govt/Union Teritory, whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC , Bonus, labour welfare cess (LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable. (v) In case the rates quoted by tenderer are less than the notified minimum wages as on bid submission end date including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC, Bonus, labour welfare cess (LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable, his tender will be treated as non-bonafide and will not be considered for Acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined amongst valid/bonafide bids only. (vi) Tenderer's are required to quote their rates upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place. (vii) Nil or ‘Zero’ quoting against OH & profit will be rated as non-bonafide. (viii) In case of tie in amount between two or more bidder firms, the preference shall be given in order of following criterias:- (a) Class of contractor. (b) Work load return. (c) Financial soundness (as per solvency certificate issued by Bank). (ix) Increased wages including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions shall be paid to workers by the contractor. No other claim whatsoever shall be admissible on this account and the bidders shall consider this aspect while quoting their rates. It must be noted that in compliance of the statutory provisions, the increase will be passed over to the workers. (x) Any consumble item shall be issued by department free for use. The contractor shall collect from office. Proper record for issue & receipt of shall be maintained by the Engineer-in-Charge & contractor. (xi) The Contractor shall not pay wages lower than the latest notified minimum wages in force to their workmen/ tradesmen including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions. Bidders shall consider this aspect while quoting their rates. (xii) No payment of RAR/Final bill shall be made to the Contractor unless proof of payment of latest notified minimum wages to the workers through RTGS/NEFT in their bank account is submitted by the Contractor to Engineer-in-Charge for verification. (xiii) For any damage to the offices/installations due to negligence of persons employed the contractor shall be held fully responsible to replace the same damage at his own cost all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (xiv) Original certificates regarding qualifications of persons employed in the work, police verification and identity proof shall be produced by the Contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge for verification and approval. (xv) Contractor shall provide new 2 x pairs uniform and 2 x pairs shoes to their persons emplyed alongwith safety equipments for Covid-19 are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (xvi) Contractor shall provide first Aid Box at his own cost. (xvii) Each person employed by the contractor shall wear neat, clean and ironed uniform comprising of Cotton Sky Blue colour Shirt. Trouser/Bottom shall be Navy Blue colour.
