Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth in all kinds of soil in pick work, jumper work and blasting work complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. (including pipes and pits upto all depths) in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting and chiselling soft or hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and returning the excavated soil after laying, jointing and testing of GI pipes in trenches in 15cm layers including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring strutting and trimming dressing where ever required including restoration of un-metalled surface to its original condition including cost of diversion for traffic night signals fixing caution board, crossing over trenches for access to houses and fencing etc. complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1 Cement :3 Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1 ½ :3 (1 Cement :1 ½ Sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundations ,footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete work complete in all respects

Walls any thickness (but not less than 0.10meter thickness including attached pilasters, buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation(level) upto floor two level including all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respects

Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balionies, beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in retaining wall/ breast wall complete in all respect and as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with mild steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for insitu- reinforced concrete work and plain concrete work in :-

Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness )partition and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and like including all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respects.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness including all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respects.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level including cost of binding wires and carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust and other foriegn matter in walls as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge upto all leads and lifts.

Fixing of GI pipe light grade for over flow and scour pipe 40mm dia including scouring and bye pass arrangement in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing cast iron spun spigot and socket soil ventilating pipe lead cauled joints to be measured and paid for separately:- 100mm dia nominal size

Providing and fixing cast iron cowl includiing all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer Incharge.:- 100mm nominal size

Providing and placing in retaining wall and breast wall 10.0 Kgf/cm2 working pressure unplasticized P.V.C pipes 100mm dia (Confirming to IS:4985-1968) to make weep holes complete including making good the walls all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing Gun metal wheel valve 40mm dia for inlet and outlet in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing of 3.15mm MS Sheet Manhole cover 600X600mm fixed on all sides with ISA 40x25x5mm top angle iron frame hinged on ISA 35x35x5mm bottom angle iron frame as per drawing. Pieces of MS Flat 20x4mm, 0.15m long be fixed on all sides as hold fast. The operation of manufacturing shall including cutting of MS Sheet, Angle Section & welding of MS Sheets, Angle Section, Hinges, Handles 150mm long, 20x4mm flats, locking arrangement and applying a priming coat of steel primer after pretreatment of surface to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and placing in horizontal layers filtering media duly graded screened washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-charge including all leads and lifts.

Top layer :-Fine sand screened, cleaned, washed and graded effective size 0.20 to 0.40 with uniformity co-efficient 2 to 3).

2nd layer coursed sand screened, clean, washed and graded from 3mm to 6mm from approved source

3rd layer:- Bajari scereened, clean, washed and graded from 6mm to 20mm from approved source

4th layer:-Bajari screened, washed and graded from 20mm to 25mm

Bottom layer:- Broken stone screened, clean, washed and graded from 50mm to 75mm from approved source

Bricks layer:- under bottom layer of filter media

1.80 metre high fencing with 2.50 metre angle iron posts 40x40x4mm, 2.50 metre centre to centre with nine horizontal lines and two diagonals of galvanised steel barbed wire (IS:278-1962 type-I) weighing 9.38 kg/per 100 metre (minimum) strained and fixed to posts in embedded cement concrete1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in -Charge.

Steel work in welded built up section including, cutting, hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratuing framed guard bar ladders, railing brakcet and similar work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.
