Supply & laying in trenches or in duct or passing through pipe XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, overall PVC sheathed electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade (Earthed) cross sectional area 300 sq. mm 3 core including dismantling / taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No. 1.00 above, but 400 Sq.mm

S&F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm to 300 sqmm after opening VCB panel back side cable cover and bottom cable entry plate after disconneting unsv cable kit from busbar/CT, taking out from VCB cable chamber and fixing the same to original position, with new or old nuts, bolts & washers, bottom plate, back cover and making cable entry point totally sealed with putty complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 3.00 above but (indoor termination) for cable of size 400 Sqmm including dismantling / taking down unserviceable one.

S&F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for out-door termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm to 300 sqmm after after disconneting unsv cable kit from busbar at strcture, taking out carefully after opening clamp at structure to GL and fixing the same to original position, with new or old nuts, bolts & washers, clamp at structure complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Cable joining kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 to 400 sqmm including dismantling / taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix GI pipe 150mm bore medium grade for cable protection laid in floor including taking out old unserviceable GI pipe complee all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5M wide and not exc. 1.5M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5M wide and not exc. 1.5M in depth and getting out in soft disintegrated rock (considered for road cutting & near hill side root) all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for protection of cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) complete using clean, dry sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 type (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and applying Si-COAT 570 RTV silicone High Voltage insulator coating solution using an sprayer to the 11KV indoor VCB panel cable chamber (4.5 Kg coating materials per panel), testing complete all as specified and directed. Make :- CSL Silicones Inc. Canada

Canada Note for Item No. 15 & 16 :- (a) Surface preparation : All insulation surfaces of the equipment to be coated shall be made free from dust, grease, oil and any other foreign material without damaging the surface. The surface of the equipment shall be made dry before application of the RTV coating. (b) All the required materials, tools & tackles, testing equipment, consumbales etc., for application of HVIC coating shall be in bidders scope

M&L for setting of 3 ph over current + earth fault numerical relays by secondary injection of current to CTs with suitable equipment for overcurrent & earth fault with high set and low set including checking of all other parameters of relays for proper tripping order after disconnecting of incoming or out going HT XlPE cable connection from VCB CTs and reconnection of cable ends at existing terminals after completion of relay setting complete all as specified and directed, Note :- (a) Relay setting shall be made considering corresponding values of upstream and down stream VCB relays and recorded maximum demand of VCB. Any further adjustment of values as many times require shall be carried out within the quoted rate. (b) Recovery shall be made double the quoted rate if VCB fails to trip in indicated fault and if group tripping recorded.

M/L for cable route indicator, marked as HT 11KV cable, made with RCC post of size 100mm x 100mm x 1000mm long, burried above cable trench upto 500mm depth during refilling work and fixed at interval of 100 mtr

M&L for boring/drilling by machines/ manual horizontally under the road in any type of soil without cutting/disturbing the existing road and inserting GI pipe of 150mm bore for drawing the cable of any type and any size for complete all as specified and directed. Note :- GI pipe shall be measured and paid seperately.
