Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants, curing, scaffolding, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of MS Hollow tube section, angulars, Flats and Channels Framed structure and 100 mm dia C-Class heavy duty GI pipes of approved size by welding etc. to Parking shed, as per drawing and as directed including cost of fabrication, transportation, fixing in position, fixing the rails and including applying epoxy priming coat of approved steel primer. etc., including supply of all labours, materials,tools & plants, and finishing, all other charges etc., complete (Drawing enclosed)

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces),including cost of all materials,labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

Painting with Synthetic enamil paint On steel work (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.including supply of all labours, tools, materials and finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.
