Replacement of 150 mm dia PN 1.6 rating sluice valve and repairs to bypass arrangement of reflux valve at Lift Irrigation Scheme Gangbugh 2nd of MISD Handwara.

Amount

Replacement, providing, fitting, testing and commissioning of PN 1.6, 150 mm dia non rising stem CI double flanged sluice valve conforming to IS 14846 of zoloto/sant or equivalent reputed make. Any modification required at site for fitting the new sluice valve to the existing rising main is included in the job. Furthermore nuts, bolts, rubber insertions etc. are included in the job. The job also includes testing of the said sluice valve on full load. The old damaged sluice valve shall be returned to divisional store Baramulla. The job includes charges on account of cost of equipment, skilled manpower, transportation and testing of same at site.

Repairs to the existing bypass arrangement of reflux valve fabricated out of 50 mm GI pipes by way of : a. providing, fitting, testing and commissioning of PN 1.6, 50mm dia non rising stem CI double flanged sluice valve (01 no) conforming to IS 14846 of zoloto/sant or equivalent reputed make. b. Providing and fitting of 50 mm dia flanges (02 no) to bypass for accommodating sluice valve as per site requirement by welding, cutting Any modification required at site for fitting the new sluice valve to the bypass arrangement including minor cutting and welding works are included in the job. Furthermore nuts, bolts, rubber insertions etc. are included in the job.
