Providing of services for operation and maintenance of all the DG Set installations and sub station at Signal Section, Technical area and MTR&S at Air Force Station Begumpet as mentioned below round the clock in three shifts by one skilled operator in each shift of eight hours on all days including Sundays & General Holidays complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (A) DG Set installation at Signal Section, comprising of:- (i) DG Set 62.5 KVA - 01 No. (ii) DG Set 32 KVA - 01 No. (iii) DG Set 160 KVA - 01 No. (iv) 100 KVA & 200KVA Transformer (B) DG Set installations at Technical Area Comprising of:- (i) DG Set 70 KVA - 01 No. (C) DG Set installations at MTR&S Comprising of:- (i) DG Set 25 KVA - 01 No.
Providing of services for operation and maintenance of all the following DG Sets at College of Air Warfare in each shift (Night) by one operator in each shift of eight hours, on all the days including Sundays and General Holidays complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (i) DG Set 25 KVA - 01 No. (ii) DG Set 35 KVA - 01 No. (iii) DG Set 62.5 KVA - 01 No. (iv) DG Set 100 KVA - 01 No.
Notes for Item No. 1 & 2 above: (a) Installations in each area shall be maintained and operated by one skilled operator in one shift. (b) POL will be issued to the contractor free for filling only. (c) Contractor shall be provided with transportation such as bycycle for attending the complaints without delay. (d) Duty Operator is responsible for cleaning/dusting of all the machinery installed in the Power house and cleaning of Power house premises properly. (e) He should maintain the plant run log sheets of DG Sets on daily basis. Log Sheets shall be supplied by contractor. (f) Cleaning material to maintain power house shall be provided by the contractor. (g) Tools, safety equipement, overall combination/ uniform with pant, shirt, safety shoes, rain coat, torch light, HT/LT Hand Gloves,and daily consumables such as cotton waste etc shall be provided to the workmen by contractor and the unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same. (h) Weekly Off should be given to each operator and a reliever shall be provided during the Off day for the regular operator and the unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of wage of reliever.
