Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc . removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls,floors, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down sub main wiring any type and any capacity with casing caping /concealed conduit/batten conduit complete all as directed.

Taking down un-serviceable DB of any size and capacity including MCB etc, and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls,floors, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red , Black and Green for single phase circuits),with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross-sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS-H cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No.in and including heavy duty PVC casing and caping with accessories, ISI marked with mild steel/prestressed steel sunken/concealed box (with earth dolly) duly painted two coats of anti corrosive paint/aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer internally and two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally, with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for fixing of switches, sockets and fan regulators etc, inciuding PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS-H cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existingsurfaces .(i)One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Note-old unserviceable electric water heater to be deposited in MES store yard.
