Services required for arrangements to be made for testing of Plate Load Test and cast in Situ Shear Test by CSMRS at Adi Badri Dam site near Himachal Pradesh& Haryana Boundary on Somb Nadi 1.) Mobilization of necessary plant, equipment, men and materials for the complete in – situ work as per specifications and instructions of the CSRMS, Delhi and to complete the same within the stipulated time schedule and associated demobilization and back to CSMRS office IN - SITU SHEAR TEST 2.) Trench to be made of size 1.5m x 2.25m x 70 cm Preparation of blocks 5 each of concrete and Rock. Blocks of size 70 cm x 70 cm x 35 cm to be casted/ to be cut. Kent ledge arrangement including section steel girders of ISMB 150 ( as per 1S code 808) of length 5 M each i.e 15 nos. Providing and fixing Steel plates 10 mm thick of 5mx5m to be placed on girders. 3). Plate Load Test, rock surface at bottom to be smooth ends by chiselling. Dead Load around 40 Tonnes in shape of using sand bags/ concrete blocks depending up to the loading arrangement either manual or by crane. 2 nos M.S Frames 80cm x 70cm x35cm as per requirement. 6 nos wooden wedges as per requirement. 46 grade Hydraulic oil 40 ltr.
