Notes for Serial Item No. 1 to 8 of BoQ: [a] The Contractor shall submit necessary load/safety test certificate issued by the licensed lift inspector of Andhra Pradesh to the Engineer-in-Charge after carrying out special repairs to each lift [b] The work shall be carried out in the Lifts installed at SVN Colony 104 area. The Lifts installed are Passenger Lifts of 10 Passengers Capacity and Goods lifts of 2000 Kg capacity and serving upto G+9 Floors. [c] Make of the Lifts : M/s JOHNSON (Being maintained by IES) [d] The contractor shall carryout the Replacement of lift components / accessories / controllers catered under subject work through the Original Equipment Manufacturer of that lift or from their accredited / authorised agencies only. The spares shall be of the make as per existing or as per the OEM. [e] The bidder shall upload in the Cover – 1 MoU duly obtained from the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the Lifts or from their accredited / authorised agencies to provide technical support, trained persons for Replacements, Repairs, Maintenance to be carried out for the lift components/ accessories / controllers including Testing and commissioning. The bidders shall ensure that original MoU shall reach the office of Accepting Officer within 05 (Five) days of Bid submission end date failing which their Technical bids shall not be considered for validation and their Financial Bids will not be opened.
