Providing form work form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plaiin concrete work in:- Beams,cantilivers,girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams,beam haunchings, cantilivers , girders, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metre in depth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement :one and half sand : three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in all leads and lifts in Suspended floors, roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies, lintels, beams girders bresumers and cantilevers upto all floor two level .

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in Super-structure above plinth level upto floor two level (Second Class Bricks). Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand)

Boulder filling dry hand packet under floor etc. complete in all respect.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating of neat cement.40 mm thick.

Providing wood work in frames of door, windowc, clerestory windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position. 2nd class deodar wood.

Providing 40x3 mm iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 cm dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embending in c.c. block 30x10x15 cm 1:3:6 ( 1 cement:3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing panneled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows,including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. 45 mm thick.2nd class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete. 250 x16 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ( barrel type) with screws etc. complete. 250x10 mm

Providing ad fixing aluminium handles with necessary screws etc. complete. 125 mm

Pointing on brick work with cement mortar 1:4(1 cement:4 sand). Flush pointing complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Hirmachi colour wash on decorated wall surfaces(one coat) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt,dust,mortar drops and loose scales of hirmachi wash and other foreign matter.

Applying priming coat on new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,greese,dirt and other foreign matters,sand papering and knotting.Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces,with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaningthe surface of dirt ,dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping with readymade paint other than white.
