Taking down carefully existing aluminium strip of various size fixed in position as lightening conductor from roof/wall and buried in ground including making good the disturbed surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down carefully existing GI strip of various size fixed in position as lightening conductor from roof/wall and buried in ground including making good the disturbed surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down carefully existing Copper strip of various size fixed in position as lightening conductor from roof/wall and buried in ground including making good the disturbed surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down carefully existing air termination rod 12mm dia and 300mm long size from roof all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed proper on GI pipe/PCC by drilling, nut bolt etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for aluminium strip of size 25 x 3.15mm for roof conductor and down conductor, including necessary nutbolts, screw, rivets, PVC blocks, porcelain insulator all fittings and jointing materials connected and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for GI strip of size 32 x 6mm buried not less than 60cm deep into ground, fixed to wall and laid in floor, including necessary earth work if required, nutbolts, screw, rivets, PVC blocks, porcelain insulator all fittings and joining materials connected and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for copper strip of size 20x3.15mm buried not less than 60cm deep into ground, fixed to wall with saddles including necessary nutbolts, screw, rivets, PVC blocks, porcelain insulator all fittings and joining materials connected and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Refixing of aluminium strip/GI Strip/Copper strips in position at any height after proper cleaning, obtained from Item No 1.00, 2.00 & 3.00. Note :- All T&P required for fixing of old strip will be arranged by contractor and the rate are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F 50mm bore GI pipe medium grade fix to wall/ PCC block etc with suitable clamp complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Earthing in replacement complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.00mm burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead GI strip 32x6mm by nut and bolt check nut and washer of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connceted to earthing test point on pole including PCC pit (1:2:4) type B-1, with RCC cover in lieu of CI cover and frame with necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Testing of earthing shall be carried out after completion of earthing.Payment for earthing shall be admissible only after satisfactory test result.

Material and labour for replacement of unserviceable existing earthing with bore well earthing with the help of mechanical boring machine of 150 mm dia- 30 mtr depth , supply and fix 160 mm dia (O.D), UPVC pipe 6 kg/sqcm rating -06 mtr long with the help of suitable size clamp with nut bolt and washer -01 No, Supply and fix 30 mtr 50 mm dia GI pipe medium grade lowering in borewell with the help of T & P having suitable hole for providing good conductivity of earthing, M&L for providing 32 X6 mm GI strip up to 7.5 mtr long complete with protected with 40 mm light grade GI tubing and connect with existing testing terminal block by screws and bore well earthing with the help of suitable size GI nut bolt and washers etc complete , M&L for charcoal dust, Salt fill in bore well for earth conductivity M&L for covering of bore well with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 / Brick masonry pit of size 45x45x45cm complete all as specified and give the minimum earth result below 1 Ohm to provide any chemical etc as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement test point terminal box made of gun metal or phosphorus broze of size 75X75X25mm drilled and screwed including 03 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw including test point enclosed in fibber box of size 125x125x50mm fixed on wall as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for proper fixing of GI pipe 50mm dia on top of roof including necessary form work finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable earth identification and material and labour for providing earth identification made out of MS sheet of size 150x100x6mm and fixed with angle iron 40x40x5mm, 60cm long duly painted with black paint and marking the earth pit number including grouting the angle iron in PCC 1:3:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for marking of earth specification on wall on 40cm x 40cm span with painting and writing the letter as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing switch Piano flush type 15 Amp single pole, one way complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing multipurpose socket outlet 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 Amp and 15 Amp flush type controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 2.5 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor PVC (FRLS) insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade fixed on and including PVC casing capping fixed on wall, surface, ceiling etc including 3mm thick, laminated Hylam sheet for mounting switches, sockets, regulator etc with new sunk cast iron terminal boxes with 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor PVC (FRLS) insulated and unsheathed cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and earth dolly for point wiring for 15Amp socket outlet on independent board all specified and directed.
