Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling floor heart or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises and com[plete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and complete all as specified

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) n exc 1.5 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm & n exc 2 sqm each and refixing in Same opening after doing suitable repairing hinges etc or as directed by Engr-In-charge.

M&L for light coloured Vitrified Ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick area of each tiles not less than 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6.

All as per item No. 6.00 above but on vertical surfaces such as dados, skirtings and risers to steps, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces.

M&L for joint free non-skid ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick in floors etc. (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 sqm but n. exc. 0.11 sqm, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers to steps etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces.

M& L for 15mm thick rendering on stone masonry in CM 1:4 on walls using integral water proofing compound @ 3% weight of cement , finished even and smooth without using extra cement and all as specified. (NOTE;- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on stone masonry fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceilling finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper, white or tinted, all as directed.

M&L for powder coated anodised aluminium frame for door window & ventilator with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified.

S&F MS powder coated louvers with including arrangement of fixing glass pinhead as per size & louvers ventilator (Glass shall be measurement separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment of sunken floor of WCs, bathroom etc. by applying of the following specifications :- (i) Cleaning of sunken floor surface with mechanical means i.e. wire brush/air blower etc. and remove all loose/unsound material, dirt, dust, etc.(ii) Applying cement slurry mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating Hydroproof Xtra of FOSROC/Equivalent of Dr Fixit of Pidilite Industries Ltd in the ratio of 1:2:4 (One part of acrylic polymer : Two part of water and four part of cement).(iii) First layer of cement slurry @ 0.444 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based modified cementious composite compound @ 0.222 Litre/Sqm and allow it to air dry for 04 hours.(iv) Second layer of cement slurry @ 0.222 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.111 Litre/Sqm and allow it to air dry for 04 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours.(v) 200 micron thick polythene film shall be pasted with help of adhesives over treatment. Note :- Joints of WC/Trap/Soil waste shall be properly sealed with sealing compound. Testing of all traps and joint and sunken slab shall be done as per IS-1742 before filling and tiling work complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded broken bricks aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.
