REPAIR/ RENEWAL/ PERIODICAL MAINT OF LT EQUIPMENTS, LT BUS BAR BOXES WITH CONNECTED ELECTRICAL ACCESSORIES AT VARIOUS SUB STATION AND DOMESTIC AREA UNDER GE CLEMENT TOWN

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning LT Outdoor floor mounted Bus Bar box, powder coated, factory made and tested , platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system of size 1000X1000X500 MM (HXWXD) having bus bar chamber with insulated electrolytic Aluminium bus bars installed on DMC insulators . The panel shall be both side openable, dust and vermin proof, protection class (IP-54) in accordance with IS-2147 and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel angle iron frame work (made out of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick and 900 mm long), front & rear opening type with aprons for cable entry, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint grey shade having instrument chamber with RYB indicator LED lamps. The scope of work also comprising of the following including taking down by disconnection of all incoming and outgoing UG cable and MCCB connections of existing UNSV LT bus bar box and making good the disturbed surface :- (A) Aluminium Bus bar chamber rating : 2x250 Amps (Double bus bar), TPN, 415V (B) Incoming MCCB rating : 200 Amps, 4P, 25 KA - 01 (C) Outgoing MCCBs rating : 160 Amps, 4P, 25 KA - 02 NOTE : (i) Panel wiring for control circuit with copper flexible 1.5 Sq mm & power wiring minimum 4 Sqmm flexible or as per load rating of the feeder pillar box and provision of 300x300x2mm thick danger notice board on front side of the panel doors. (ii) Complete installation with civil work and making necessary incoming and outging connection with proper cable lugs and cable glands is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the Contractor. (iii) The final height of the LT panel from the normal ground level shall be 450 mm and necessary civil work included in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing Polycarbonate fabricated kiosks box suitable for three phase 415 volts AC supply with 04 Nos Aluminium bus bar rating 63 amps with one No MCB 10 Amps, SP having size 350x250x150 mm (inner Dimension) complete including making fixing arrangement with 9 mtr long swaged pole wiht flat iron clamp of size 40x6 mm thick complete including taking down old UNSV pole box any type and making all incoming and outgoing electrical connections all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmX 600mmX 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically ( earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below ground level, connected to and includingGI Strip of size 32x6mm and light grade protection pipe of 40 mm dia from earth electrode up to test point or up to 7.5mtr whichever is less by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I and GI watering pipe of 20 mm dia medium grade, GI funnel with wire mesh including charcoal, salt packed all around the earth electrode plate in layers, PCC earth pit chamber (1:3:6) type C1, of size 45X 45X 45 CM, RCC cover (1:2:4) type B1 of size 45X45X6 CM, excavation/earth work in any strata and returning filling, removal of surplus soil and testing/test point for required value including removing old item complete all as specified and directed. (GI strip upto 7.5m including testing consider in this item).

Dismantling existing pole coping completely, Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary form work and finished the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Clearing away all grass vegetation ,saplings, shrubs, brush wood undergrowth roots and trees not exceeding 30 CM girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area under clearance soft/loose soil and getting out including sprinkling anti vegitation chemical for complete area with spray machine complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge of 40mm to 63 mm , deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for LED type invertor street light fitting with RTC, aluminium housing, toughened glass, 60 watts IP 66, IK-05, LM80 certified LED with operating voltage 140-270 Volts, having emergency battery backup time minimum 04 hours, inbuilt Li-ion battery, with short circiut and open circuit protection, high voltage cut off and 5KV internal surge protection complete with all connected accessories includiing taking down old UNSV street light fitting from 8/9 mtr steel/PCC pole any type complete all as specifed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning LT Indoor type bus bar box, powder coated, factory made and tested , suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system of size 450X400X180 MM (HXWXD) having bus bar chamber with insulated electrolytic Aluminium bus bars installed on DMC insulators . The boxl shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class (IP-54) in accordance with IS-2147. b) and made of 2 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet a frontopening type with aprons for cable entry, with proper ferrule & cable gland. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint grey shade having instrumen chamber with RYB indicator LED lamps. The scope of work also comprising of the taking down old UNSV bus bar complete from existing position and for the following:- (A) Aluminium Bus bar chamber rating : 125 Amps, TPN, 415V NOTE : (i) Complete installation with civil work and making necessary incoming and outging connection with proper cable lugs and cable glands is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the Contractor.

S&F cable jointing kit 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for End Joint heat shrinkable type joint outdoor complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 150 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed. (Including finding out the fault.) (Note : Exc of earthwork will be measured and paid seperately.)

S&F cable jointing kit 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for End Joint heat shrinkable type joint outdoor complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 to 300 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed. (Including finding out the fault.) (Note : Exc of earthwork will be measured and paid seperately.)

M & L for plastic emulsion painting with two coat on concrete/ plaster sufraces (Pole coping) of any description over 10 Cm girth or width complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking out carefully by disconnecting all electrical connections of LT UG cable of size 70 to 240 Sqmm from transformer LT side/LT panel incomer side/LT paned outgoing side/Bus box incomer side/busbar box out going side/on pole connections or as directed, supply and fixing and testing at UG cable end points for heat shrinkable sleeve tube type having heavy duty having wall thickness 0.50 mm, suitable for 1100 Volts with operating temperature range from -55 degree to 135 degree centigrate insulation with standard electrical colours like Red, Yellow, Blue and Black for proper phase indication for ensuring and upgradation of cable insulation at termination point complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Rate quoted is deemed to be included for necessary cable lugs of any size and nuts and bolts any size for making proper connections of LT cable at transfotmer/panels).

All as per item No 14 But of size 16 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm (3.5/4 core) UG cable

Excavation in trenches soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide in not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shaft well, cesspits, manholes, fire hole etc n.exc 10sqmm on plan and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 2X16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size including taking down old UNSV flame proof light fitting from any position all as specified and directed.

M & L for Test point complete box of size 300x200x150 mm having terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete including taking down old UNSV test point box all as specified and directed.

M & L for Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete including taking down old UNSV strip all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25X4MM galvanised iron strip complete including taking down old UNSV GI strip all as specified and directed.

M & L for Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed to roof top of not more than 15 meter from normal ground level complete including taking down old termination rod all as specifed and directed.

M & L for Trenchless Technology Boring by emplyoing Horizontal Directional Drilling/Boring machine (HDD Machine) for drilling under ground utility for laying LT/HT power cable below minimum 4 meter and maximum 6 meter from the normal ground level for laying of LT cables and road crossing complete including jointing with sockets of suitable dia complete inluding inserting LT cables inside the HPDE/DWC pipe of any bore (maximum bore upto110 MM ) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- Rate quoted by Contractor is deemed to be included for the following :- (i) HDD Boring/drilling 4-6 meter deep from normal ground level as per site condition. (ii) Inserting LT cables from 16 Sqmm to 240 Sqmm 4/ 3.5 Core from one end to other end including necessary connection to the existing panel/building/pole box/as directed. (iii) Any permission required if any from NHAI/PWD, necessary action and departmental charges is levied by the Contractor. (iv) Necessary excavation required at start and end point of HDD machine for drilling the horizontal direction and making good the excavated portion complete with necessary watering, consolidation and final making good with PCC 1:2:4 type D1 complete. (v) Length of the horizontal drilling from one point to another point as directed by Engr-in-charge and not less than 20 meter and maximum length as per site condition.

M/L for HDPE corrugated/DWC pipe ISI marked, IS-16098-2 of 40 mm dia suitable for 5/6 kgf/cm square working pressure with all fitting like coupler/bends/tee,cross/adapter/rubber seal etc, laid in trenches through HDD machine/manually for protection of cable in road /drain crossing or for cable protection above pole coping to pole box complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. (Note- HDPE/DWC pipe with all fittings and connectors will be laid under trenchless boring/under trench in any depth with the help of HDD machine and quoted rate is deemed to be included for each RM).

M/L for HDPEcorrugated/DWC pipe ISI marked, IS-16098-2 of 63 mm dia suitable for 5/6 kgf/cm square working pressure with all fitting like coupler/bends/tee,cross/adapter/rubber seal etc, laid in trenches through HDD machine/manually for protection of cable in road /drain crossing or for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. (Note- (i) HDPE/DWC pipe with all fittings and connectors will be laid under trenchless boring/under trench in any depth with the help of HDD machine and quoted rate is deemed to be included for each RM. (ii) Necessary joinitng of pipe required at site will also be deemed included in quoted rates)

M/L for HDPE corrugated/DWC pipe ISI marked, IS-16098-2 of 110 mm dia suitable for 5/6 kgf/cm square working pressure with all fitting like coupler/bends/tee,cross/adapter/rubber seal etc, laid in trenches through HDD machine/manually for protection of cable in road /drain crossing or for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. (Note- (i) HDPE/DWC pipe with all fittings and connectors will be laid under trenchless boring/under trench/on pole for cable protection in any depth with the help of HDD machine and quoted rate is deemed to be included for each RM. (ii) Necessary joinitng of pipe required at site will also be deemed included in quoted rates).

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling for poles/as directed place complete including dismantling old PCC of any description all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) of cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 Core with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS 7098 marked, suitable for LT 1100 Volt system, laid in trenches/under trenchless boring of any depth, fixed to pole, including jointing & testing including taking out old UNSV cable of any size complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earth work , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Supply, fabricated and fixing of street light bracket made out of GI pipe 32mm dia medium grade bent to shape of 1.2 mtr long as directed including clamps made out of 40 mm x 6 mm flat iron for fixing bracket suitable for steel tubular poles including nuts and bolts, washers and other connected items of required size including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after and including taking down old unserviceable brackets complete all as specified and directed.
