Decarbonising / cleaning complete of HT 11KV and 33 KV 3 phase bus bar & bus bar chamber, all electrical connections complete HT VCBs/OCBs/Bus coupler arrangment after removing the bus bar spout, cleaning with petrol and CRC 226 spray solution and ensure proper de-carbonisation, refixing the same after completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting HT/LT cables and earthing connections of burnt/defective station transformer of capacity 25 KVA, 33KV/433 volts 3 phase from pole/floor mounted, taking out the transformer from its original position carefully with the help of Crane and transportation of the same to the workshop for repairs, draining out the transformer oil, dismantling complete and taking out the core assembly and removing burnt out windings, dehydrating the core assembly, reassembling transformer after repair/rewinding, replacement of complete gasket set, refilling the oil duly filtered / dehydrated, topping up with new oil, carrying out routine tests, including transportation back to site, testing and commissioning of the repaired transformer at site on full load after making cable and earthing connections complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- (i) New transformer oil and Dehydration of Transformer oil, winding of coild shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The vender should submit the guarentee certificate for the work done after rapair.

Material & labour for rewinding of station transformer (after dismantling and segregation of HT/LT legs coil in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge or GE) with and including of insulated copper wire of appropriate guage and quantities (as per existing size) duly insulated with and including insulating materials i.e., cotton tape, craft paper and insulating sleeves or other suitable insulating materials required to complete the job etc strictly according to the manufecturer's instructions and engineering pratice complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for heating, filtration and dehydration of transformer oil as per IS : 10028 (Part-III) 1981, Para 5.2 with dehydration/ filtration plant to achieve dielectric strength of 60KV at 4 mm air gap, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Any damage occurred to transformer during the process of dehydration, shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Eng-in-charge at his own expenses and submit test report after dehydration.

Cleaning and servicing of HT 33/11 KV Structure by greasing, cleaning, servicing of jumpers and tightening of nut & Bolts etc. and rejumpering wherever required and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer from main recieving point to distribution bus bar bay structures up to transformers inside MRS Ramgarh Cantt (Note:- 1. Quoted rate is inclusive of all requirement accessories i.e. Nut & Bolts, Connecting rod type ACSR & Jumpering materials etc)

Disconnecting HT/LT cable/bus bar and Earthing connections complete of transformer capacity up to 125 KVA, 11 KV/433 Volts 3 phase from pole/floor/transformer shed with the help of Crane to carry out complete maint of transformer comprising of the following:- (i) Draining out oil from chamber. (ii) Opening top cover, disconnecting winding connection from bushings and taking out carefully core assembly complete with winding. (iii) Checking compactness of core & tightening the same where required. (iv) Chemical washing of winding to remove dirt,dust & carbon particles (v) Cleaning of oil tank to remove oil sludge followed by painting of inner surface of tank with zinc chromate base paint (vi) Refixing of core & winding assembly and making connection with HT/LT bushing . (vii Replacement of worn out gaskets & nut/bolts. (viii) Refilling of oil duly filtered/dehydrated/fresh oil (to be measured & paid separately under respective item). (Note: Overhauling of transformer should be done on existing installation place on same days)

Material and Labour for preparing the surfaces of transformer of capacity up to 63 to 125 KVA by rubbing old paint and applying two coats of spray painting with grey deco paint from outside complete all as specified and as directed. Note. Painting of transformer will be carried out for plinth mounted and pole mounted transformer. Necessary tools and plants shall be arranged by the contractor. Shut down schedule for painting of transformer will be submitted in advance to plan shut down in the station. including writing MES / SM No with enamelled paint complete all as specified and as directed for transformer of rating upto 125 KVA (Indoor/outdoor type).

Dismentling the exitsing transformer up to 500 KVA capacity from the plinth and keeping aside in working condition , necessary repair to plinth with PCC / brick work as directed with smooth and even surface , re mounting the transformer on the same plinth, all as specified and directed.
