Annual Maintenance Contract for grass and bush removal outside basic strip and RESA in operational and non- operational area at Pantnagar Airport for year 2026-27. SH Balance work of year 2025 and 2026 and other miscellaneous works

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level i/c disposal of rubbish outside the Airport premises all complete as per satisfaction of EIC. Note:-Liaison with local body like muncipal corporation etc for disposal of rubbish (Uprooted grass, bushes, trees etc.) to be done by Agency and nothing will be paid extra on account of this.

Clearing and uprooting of Grass (Elephant Grass,Sarkanda grass etc),bushes and trees and saplings of girth up to 15 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level available inside operational area and non operational area except AAI colony premises i/c disposal of rubbish outside the Airport premises all complete as per satisfaction of EIC. (Note:-Liaison with ATC through Walkie Talkie, Liaison with local body like muncipal corporation etc for disposal of rubbish (Uprooted grass, bushes, trees etc.) to be done by Agency and nothing will be paid extra on account of this.

Clearing of Undulated areas with ploughing ,harrowing, levelling, making slopes for drainage (with Tractor/JCB/Grader) and consolidating the surface with road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry spoils ets. and rerolling the surface i/c disposal of rubbish outside the Airport premises all complete as per satisfaction of EIC. (Note:-Liaison with ATC through Walkie Talkie for disposal of rubbish (Uprooted grass, bushes, trees etc.) to be done by Agency and nothing will be paid extra on account of this.

Cutting and clearing grass (Elephant Grass,Sarkanda grass etc),bushes available inside operational area and non operational area except AAI colony premises ,with manual /hand held motorable cutting machine to the locations/areas where work can't be performed with other means like Tractor/JCB etc due to ponding ,drain edges, pavement edges, adjacent to boundary wall etc i/c disposal of rubbish outside the Airport premises all complete as per satisfaction of EIC. Note:-Liaison with ATC through Walkie Talkie and local body like muncipal corporation etc for disposal of rubbish (grass, bushes, trees etc.) to be done by Agency and nothing will be paid extra on account of this.

Bushes/ Grass cutting by meachnical means wherever required including tractor with grass cutting machine, driver,fuel & lubricants etc, to the areas beyond basic strip in operational area/Non operational area as and when ever required and cleaning & removal of cut grass from Pavement areas as per instructions of EIC all complete. (Note:-Liaison with ATC through Walkie Talkie & cleaning of paved area will be agencies responsibility and nothing will be paid extra on account of this.)

Harrowing work upto depth 150mm at specified Area with the help of tractor & assembly to make the soil pulverised as & when required and removing of vegetation & wild growth i/c debries from site all complete as per satisfaction of EIC. Note:-Liaison with ATC through Walkie Talkie to be done by Agency and nothing will be paid extra on account of this.

Provision of JCB including operator, fuel and helper for uprooting of left over parts of trees of girth above 300 mm and other miscellaneous works all complete as per satisfaction of EIC.
