Preventive maintenance and check up of Dehumidifier Installed at FATS Garuda, capacity of 4850/5000 CFM including complete accessories and controls, The entire system to be checked and servicing by OEM or authorised service agency throughout CA duration and incase of any breakdown occurs at any time, The tenderer shall be attend the complaint and made serviceable within 48 hours time including minor spares such as fuses, wires, nut, bolts etc. for above mentioned complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes: (i) Dehumidifier Model No FLI 7300, Serial No. 2013-BAC-18620 Make: Bry-Air. (ii) Maintenance carried out in a month shall be considered as One Job.

Preventive maintenance and routine checkup of the outdoor VRF unit of capacity 12HP to18 HP having 02 Inverter Compressors, installed at 06 nos at diving school, 02 nos at CRL/ASR Complex including clean with Air blower of condensing coil, outdoor fan motors, replace the communication cables and sensor if found defective, all kind of repair cost of replacement of spare parts of make LG complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preventive maintenance and routine checkup of the indoor VRF cassette unit of capacity 4TR Ceiling Suspended units, 04 Nos at Diving school, 06 Nos at CRL/ASR Complex , clean with mild Air blower in the coil side and remove the inside fine filter, cleaned with Soap solution after cleaning process fix in proper place, check the drainage water tank and cleaned, replace the communication cables and sensor if found defective including all kind of replacement of spare parts of make LG/Voltas complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Contractor shall be responsible for replacement of false ceiling, if damage occurred while servicing of Ceiling suspended units.

Preventive maintenance and routine checkup of the indoor VRF AHUs of capacity 8 TR Ceiling suspended units installed at Diving school, clean with mild Air blower in the coil side and remove the inside fine filter, cleaned with Soap solution after cleaning process fix in proper place, check the drainage water tank and cleaned, replace the communication cables and sensor if found defective including all kind of replacement of spare parts of make LG complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes for item No. 18 and 20: a) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item in BOQ. b) Contractor shall be responsible for replacement of false ceiling, if damage occurred while servicing of Ceiling suspended units.

Taking down any type of false ceiling for AC duct repair work and refix after repair/arresting of water leaking including all requied accessories and make it good complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (i) Any damages made to false ceiling during execution of the above, the same may be repaired/replaced by the contractor without any additional cost. (ii) Cost of additional materials required for making it good as per existing surface shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Repair to thermal insulation of duct complete with skilled labour and necessary equipments complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (i) The cost for replacement fo nitrile rubber upto 1 sqm to be included in the above item. (ii) Any addl nitrile rubber required beyond 1sqm for the repair work, the item will be measured and paid separately. (iii) The quoted rate shall be included for necessary T&P, Labour and adhesives etc.

Supply & fixing in replacement of 13mm thickness thermal insulation of exposed area of ducting covering on ducts using Class “O” Nitrile Rubber outer side of existing pipelines using manufacturer's recommended Rubber based Adhesive in a blend of solvents all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Thermal insulation class "O" nitrile rubber insulation density 45-55 kg/m3, for suction/discharge piping of VRF pipe lines suitable size of dia as per sit complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for servicing to the outdoor unit and indoor unit of cassette type air conditioning system of capacity 4 TR of existing make Lloyd, installed at SFNA, including cleaning of filters & condenser coil using pressure water pump and indoor to be serviced by keeping waterproof cover bag with drain outlet and support plates to ensure hygienity of room, indoor unit shall be cleaned by best foam less AC coil cleaner in the cooling coil side and servicing the outer unit with water jet pump, removing the drain pipe and flushing out the drain particles including repairing, checking of gas pressure/leakage complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Net contract sum shall be arrived after deducting Sch of Credit amount
