S&F including commissioning, erection and testing of 15 Mtr Galvanized High Mast suitable for eight (08) Nos, LED Flood light 8x200 watt ( LED Flood light carriage shall have arrangement to rotate 360 degree manually). Material for pole shaft as per IS-5986 or equivalent and aero-dynamic shape and mechanically strong to face wind speed up to 50 mtr/Sec, material for Base plate as per IS 2062 and metal protection treatment - Hot dip Galvanized as per IS 4759 or robust door opening and locking system with weather proof facilities to increase the life of internal accessories and double drum winch system motorized with manual option including RCC foundation as per OEM recommendation, GI single spike of length 2 Mtrs for Lightening protection, LED aviation obatruction light complete all as specified directed with following as under :- Make : Havells/ Bajaj/ Crompton.

15 mtrs High Mast Fabricated Part :- (i) Top dia 150 mm, bottom Dia-360 mm section-2 section (section length-7.75 Mtrs) Thickness- 4 mm base, 3 mm top. Base Plate 540 mm x 25 mm, PCD of Foundation bolts - 445 mm. (ii) Foundation Bolt dia - M30, Length of bolt - 850 mm ( 8 Nos) with template and anchor plate with following items -High Mast Section sections with base plate, lantern carriage suitable to fix 08 Nos of luminaries symmetrical loading, foundation accessories.

Winches - Motorized with manual option Double drum winches shall be self sustaining with out need for break spring or clutch required to adjustment and lubricant system the Gear ratio shall be 50:1, the Winch shall be salt lubricating system by means of an oil winch and lubricant recommended.

Steel Wire Rope Steel wire rope dia 6 mm shall be fabricated 'Marine Grade"-AISI stainless steel 316 of 7/19 of construction, 2 wire Rope system, thimbles and terminal combustible material, steel wire rope shall be factory cut terminated and pre-rigged for case for installation.

Mast Head Assembly The pulley shall be large diameter appropriate to the multy core flexible cable being used. They shall be of non-corrosive and run of self lubricant bearing with stainless steel spindle. arrangement shall be provided the electric cable and steel wire rope are separated before passing over the respect pulleys grooves. The complete chassis shall be hot dip galvanized after fabrication.

Lantern Carriage The lantern carriage shall be of durable steel tube designed to act as electric conduit. It shall be fitted at junction box mounting strips and two segments joints by bolted flange to permit removal from the erected must. Material of lantern carriage 40 NB ERW class B - MS pipe and dia of carriage ring 600 mm (ID), load carrying capacity 8 luminaries, symmetrically.

Cable and Cable Connection Muiti core flexible round/flat power cable shall be provided terminating in the base compartment of the Mast fitted with plug or socket and all mast cable shall be connected to a weatherproof junction box on the lantern ring equipment with suitable PVC glands. Note : Contractor has to submit complete Manufacturer's drawing of high mast pole and its foundation and get it approved by Engr-in-Charge and AGE(I) before executing the work.

S&F LED Flood light fitting 200W housing made out of pressure die-cast aluminium alloy with toughned glass, IP-66 protection, working on 240 Volts , 50 HZ, consisting of reflective lens wired with appropriate driver PF>0.95 having over voltage protection upto 440 volts, Surge protection level ≥ 10 KV, thermal short circuit protection THD < 10% made up of long life LED chips (SMD) in modular with Ra>70, and LED lumen efficiency >140 lumen per watt, beam angle along the drive way, 120 degree, beam angle across the drive way, power LED should be of more than 01 watt CCT should be between 5700° K- 6500° K including connecting with 1.5 sq mm, 3 core, PVC insulated Copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade from Junction box to light complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches n'exc 1.5 m width and n'exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation or for shafts, well cesspits, manholes etc / for laying of cable/ pipe etc n'exc 10 sqm on plan and n'exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n'exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, commisioning and testing of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, steel armoured, aluminum stranded conductor LT UG cable (Conforming to IS 7098), ISI marked, in trenches / ducts / through GI pipes under roads of following size complete all as specified and directed:- Note:- 1. The earth work, GI pipe shall be measured and paid sepretely. 2. Cable may fixing/ passing through pipe laid in trenches or fixed to pole/ wall or fixed to LT panel etc.

M&L for sand cushioning with dry and clean fine river sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.

Supply and laying cable protection bricks, common burnt clay sub class 'B' designation 75 for protection of UG cable laid in trenches with axis of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized steel water tubing (GI Pipe) light grade (ISI marked) with all fittings as in sleeving for cable protection & laid in trenches/ floor or fixed to wall, ceiling and pole of following bore complete as specified and directed :- Note : MS Clamp, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid seperatly for fixing with pole etc.

S&F including installtion and testing of LT Feeder pillar panel cubical outdor type made out of CRCA Sheet 3.15mm front hinged openable door including locking arrangement, platform monted with angle iron 40mmx 40mmx 5mm frame work suitable for 440 volts grade Three phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC Supply system, having bus bar chamber with suitable aluminium bus bar 100 Amp rating and accomodated with 32/40 Amp MCB TPN, with digital 24 Hr timer with suitable size of contactor and making all necessay electrical connection complete, the box shall be dust and vermin proof IP-54 class protection alongwith in built short circuit protection confoms to IS/IEC 60947-4-1 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI earth strip of size 25x4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Scedule part I (2009) with conected to eath test point including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and comman salt, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber and for earth pit with 40x40x6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover. precast RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia round bars both ways with MS handle 8 mm dia. PGI funnel and wire mesh 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering and 32mm dia medium earth lead protection pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Cost of additional GI wire more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.
