Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m width or 10 sqm or plan), including dressing of sides and remming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m,( One point five Metre) including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m all kind of soil. as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Brick edging 7cm wide 11.4 cm (Eleven point four centimetre) deep to plinth projection with common brunt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (Seven point five) including grouting with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 fine sand) as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm (Four Milimetre) thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws.Second class teak wood 35 mm (Thirty Five Milli metre) Thick as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm (One point Four ) in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, ( Zero point Sixty Three milli metre) for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws :Second class teak wood 35 mm (Thirty Five) Thick as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. single acting spring hinges with necessary screws etc. complete :150 mm (One Hundred Fifty) as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 (Ten)as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete : as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 250x10mm (Two Hundred Fifty is to Ten Millimetre) as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 125 mm as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm (Eight Millimetre) diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm (Zero point Sixty Three millimatre) thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m² as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm (Eight Milimetre) dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete.0.63 mm (Zero point Sixty Three millimatre) thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing valleys of 90 cm wide overall in plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm (Eight Millimetre) dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete :

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete :12.51.2 Flashings/ Aprons.( Upto 600 mm) as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP sheet 1.66mmOne point sixty six to 2mm (Two milimeter)thick in eves board/facial/soffits / ceiling including cutting fixing and welding to steel roof members and supplying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge ( base member of steel work shall be measured and paid for separately.,as per HPPWD specification 1990-Volume-I,including carriage of all labor, equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and other incidental charges as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm. as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : two or more coats on new work as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead :Of area 3 sq. metres and below as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing two no's Double bed box of approved quality in suite No. 1& 2 including all leads, lifts and carriage of material as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver block in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/shap, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compecting blocks in to the sand bedding layer through vibratory compacting by using plate vibrator . filling the joints with sand and pattern, finishing and sweeping ectra sand compklete all as per direction of Engineer-in Charge. 80mm thick (Eighty Millimetre)C.C paver block of M-40 grade with approval color design and pattern.
