Maintenance and operation with One skilled FGM per shift of 8 hours each for two shifts per day on all days including Sundays & Holidays, for Lab Pump house and fire fighting pump house at Auditorium comprising of Centrifugal pump set 3 Nos 30 HP each, chlorination by granules, Pressure sand filter, Mono block pump 7.5 HP of back wash for sand filter and proper documentation of log sheet, Fire fitting pump house equipment with centrifugal pump set 50 HP- 01 No, 15 HP Jockey pump 01 No and Diesel engine driven pump set 45 HP - 01 No with connected LT Panel and accessories including maintaining proper log sheet for recording the technical parameters all as required and directed by Engr-in- charge Shift Timings:- (i) First shift:- 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs. (ii) Second Shift:- 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs.

Maintenance and operation with One skilled FGM per shift of 8 hours each for three shifts per day on all days including Sundays & Holidays, for Fire fighting pump house equipment with centrifugal pump set 1 No 170 HP, 25 HP jockey pump 01 No and Diesel engine riven pump set 125 HP 01 No with connected LT panel and accessories and proper documentation of log sheet all as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Location : Near Parachute Bldgs Tech area) and for Submersible pump set 6 HP 01 No near gate No-3, 7.5 HP submersible pump installed at open well near 08 End, operating of connected valves for proper supply of water to the specified area (Location : 08 End Borewell/ Shallow Well and Standby DG Set and fire fighting pump house near Parachute section) Shift Timings:- (i) First shift:- 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs. (ii) Second Shift:- 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs. (iii) Third shift:- 2200hrs to 0600 hrs. Note for Sl item No 1 to 3 :- (i) General cleanliness of power houses to be maintained (ii) Monitor/Recording of following parameters i.e, HT voltage, Frequency, LT voltage current of panels, Eng Temp, Oil & Presure, RPM for DG Sets in Log sheets. (iii) Daily checking (Fuel, Oil, water, mainteance) of Gen Sets/battery status of Plants to be carried out in each shift. (iv) No of shifts in each installation will be as directed by Engg-in-charge. (v) Any additional equipment in the premises if required shall have to be operated by the operator as per requirement and no extra cost shall be paid on this account. (vi) Specific gravity/charging of battery to be ensured. In case of battery failure due to negligence of operator, contractor will replace the battery at his own cost.
